The outside of the containers were full of diseases. This means they made my food with dirty hands. Made my throat hurt and my pets throat. So gross and disgusting!,they need to shut this store down because they don't wash their hands.

Placed an order online for food the other night. Got everything that I needed in my shopping cart and then proceeded to try and check out. Here's where the problem came in. I ordered at 3:30 p.m. and they gave me a delivery of time of 8:15 p.m. WTF!!!! So I decided to call them because you know maybe their online website was not working correctly. When I called to ask about this they said they were extremely busy at 3:30 in the afternoon on a weekday. Yeah I don't really believe that they were that busy at 3:30 on a weekday. But anyways, I never ordered any pizzas just decided to order from another pizza place and had my pizzas delivered to me within 45 minutes. After reading the other reviews about this Domino's, It seems that this location is forever having numerous problems with this location.

Missing food from our order- called the store. We had our grandchildren who were very hungry. They were extremely unhelpful. We'd quit ordering from this Dominos for a long time because something was always wrong or missing (& always overcooked!). I deeply regret spending $30 on 2 medium pizzas and cinnamon sticks tonight! They may have the worst service of any place I know.

I only give 2 stars because the food was good. The ordering process and delivery left a lot to be desired. Furthermore, the management's cavalier attitude concerning not answering the phone just finished it for me. There are other pizza places in town!

Do not order from this domino's. I ordered two pizzas and an order of Parmesan twist. The pizza was over cooked and the box marked Parmesan twist had cinnamon twist in it. This is the second time this has happened and both times notified management. I understand accidents happen but after telling the manager the box is marked wrong... they sent out two more boxes of cinnamon twist marked Parmesan. It's not hard to open a box and look! The incompetence and lack of management at this store has me baffled.

Worst Dominos I have ever dealt with! I never got my 2 salads the driver forgot and lied to me and said he would be right back with my salads and never came back! Then I tried to call and complain and they never answer the phone or leave you on hold! Then the pizza was cold!

Don't bother ordering from Dominos on Gentry. They had no black olives, no Parmesan cheese and no garlic butter. The pizza was dry and tasted like cardboard. I'll drive a little further next time or make my own
