The sandwiches are the best and not one bite is dry. Always prepared very well. Thanks again!

Just left Firehouse, without food. We waited 20+mins and our two subs still weren’t even started. They were out of most items that came on the sub I ordered which I was fine with. However I could not wait any longer. The gentleman behind us wasn’t told they were out of everything that was on the sub he order so he waited 20mins for nothing. Not to mention the actual store was dirty and the women’s bathroom didn’t lock. I asked for a refund and thankfully was given one. Pretty disappointed overall.

I have ONE serious issue. This is for the young lady with the long red braids making food. I have dined in twice and have personally witnessed her wearing gloves and taking peoples money and cards, not change gloves and go back to making sandwiches. Today she went to the trash can to get the baskets AGAIN with gloves and not change them and made food. This is disgusting. Ray, please educate your employees on proper handwashing and they need to change gloves!!!!

The salads are delicious. The only place is purchase a salad to bring home and enjoy. They are always fresh and just plentiful as well as healthy.

Took my family to Firehouse Subs for lunch and had an awesome experience. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was warm and inviting and the food was delicious! I got the veggie build your own with a side of loaded potato soup and it was the perfect lunch. You have to try the garlic bread for the sandwich! They have a mix and match soda station with sugar free options and a hot sauce bar! So cool and so hot!
Vegetarian options: The veggie build your own was delicious!!
Kid-friendliness: Cute kid fire helmets!

I have always got the brisket sandwich here and it has always been very tender and good. The last four times I’ve gotten it. It has been almost completely nothing but fat super gross. I’ll never eat that sandwich again.

I just left, and I'm honestly not sure I want to eat my food. I watched one employee eat food right from the line while making sandwiches and a to go order for Uber eats left the store then returned minutes later because they grabbed the wrong order. The to go order wasn't inspected or remade. I love this place but won't be visiting this location until they hire new employees. I told Taylor the manager on duty, and she clearly could've cared less.

It always takes forever to get your food 10 plus minutes every single time I go for that price you can go to a sit-down restaurant and wait that long for food. The employees are always too busy having personal conversations to understand other people can hear them.

"Hot gourmet submarine sandwiches" ? We have been coming to our local Firehouse over the past few years and others around the country, and we have gotten subs worth the price we paid. Yesterday was Firehouse National Sandwich Day we received a free Med sub with any ten dollar purchase. I ordered the large Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket (15.99) my wife the medium Hook & Ladder. BOTH sandwiches lacked the normal amount of meat and looked far from the menu image’s. Maybe they wanted to make up for us getting a free medium sandwich idk. I wish I took a picture to share. Not happy.

First off their workers here suck majorly . They even hung up on us when calling to ask a question . Went anyways and wow the bread (wheat ) was good . The turkey lunch meat reminds me of that cheap 50 cent packages of thin meat you could buy back in the day . So cheap tasing would never return after tasting the quality of the meats . Yuk I’m surprised they are still in business . Thin paper heavily processed meats . I had the turkey and it did not even taste like turkey tasted like lunch meat juice !

Taylor opened up the pickle bucket and told my kid to reach in and grab one. How many hands have been in that bucket before my dirty child put his hand in there. The other girl couldn’t figure out how to redeem our app points and it turned into a huge shackle. She ended up just giving us a sandwich for free cause it was too complicated. The soda was also warm because there was no ice in the machine, it was broken. Glad I used all my points cause I’m never coming back! The only redeeming feature was the food was good regardless of the incompetence and sanitary issues.
