Fast, burger was hot and correct. I have to eat gluten free and meat and cheese was wrapped in lettuce and without onions or pickles! Great job! I appreciate your fixing it that way. Thanks! P S it was also very reasonably priced.

They had yo redo one hamburger. They forgot the bacon. The first crew member was awesome, came around, and asked if we needed anything. The second crew member was efficient but was not super friendly.All in all, it was a good experience.

Everything was great, if you’re not a fan of greasy then I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. Their fry sauce is to die for. The customer service was good!

Ordered the number 1 and almost ordered extra pickles…. Good thing I didn’t. I got my burger and there were ZERO pickles. Pickles are key component to this sandwich. Went to the front to ask if they were out, hoping they just forgot to put them on my burger… nope! They were out. We came at 8, so 2 hours before closing. Before we completed our order, they made sure to mention there is no chocolate custard either. Had they mentioned there were no pickles, I wouldn’t have gotten the #1. Very irritating to pay inflated prices and not get what you want.UPDATE: We ordered a to-go order for my mother in law before leaving the restaurant, after we finished our meal. My husband ordered her a fish sandwich (minus the extra pickles she requested… on account of they were out)…. We got home and she opened her box of 2 Fish Filets? 2 pieces of fried fish. No sandwich. No buns. Nothing but 2 pieces of fish. ?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Got there, ordered pretty quickly, and was able to sit down with a group of family. Food came rather quickly... the guy who helped me recommended the jalapeño steak burger with an extra patty, so I took his advice, and it did not disappoint. We were able to sit and hang out for a while, and the atmosphere was great.
Great food!!!!! Decent service I mean i don’t expect them to hold my hand! But one employee was a bit idk seemed uninterested in their job lol but other than that great food and quantity!!! Oh and there is an apparent age limit to the kids meal but i have ordered it more than once! Never was told until the last time i

5 years ago I posted a 5 star review, today I deleted it. The drive thru was fast, that is the only thing positive i can say about this visit. We orderd 2 patty melts and a large cheese curd. The patty melts were disgusting. Burnt and dry. The curds were so salty they could not be eaten. I may have well as thrown $26 in the trash because that is where the entire meal went.

The last 3 times we went to Freddy's, the customer service was terrible. Twice, we went in and dined in. The girl that took the order acted like we were bothering her when we asked her a question, never said thank you or anything. We overlooked it but was about the same again. Then , last night, we went through the drive-through to get ice cream. The guy that took our money and handed us our ice cream never spoke, said thank you or anything. I asked for napkins, and he rolled his eyes. It seems it's going down hill.
