Very disappointed. Says it’s under new management but they seem like they don’t have everything together.. The cashier did not know how to make drinks. We had to wait 26 minutes to get a drink. The Manager was notified about a drink the cashier couldn’t make and still didn’t make our drink until notifying her again. We ordered another round of drinks, The cashier brought out our drinks and apologized and picked out a hair from the drink and walked away. I notified the manager they fixed it pretty quickly.. the food was delicious! But we unfortunately will not be back. We are hoping for better management soon! The way things are now, will definitely will not bring in busy business. Hopefully it will be back to how it use to be!

Tried to have lunch here today. My wife and I use to frequent this place often. But since we’ve moved out of Tyler and rarely come to this part of Tyler we haven’t been in a while. What a surprise when we walked in at 1:45 today. Floor nasty unswept smelled of dirty pine sol mop water. We got past that and stepped up to the ordering counter. There were two people sitting at the bar and the bartender was opening them a few beers. Not even eye contact or hello. We stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes with zero greeting. The phone rang. the bartender walks to the counter where we are patiently waiting to order. Still doesn’t make eye contact. SHE ANSWERS THE PHONE and proceeds to take a phone order. We proceeded to walk out and unfortunately won’t ever go back to this place.

Completely speechless. Absolutely love the change I’ve seen recently! Night and day. The energy and charisma from the staff has dramatically improved. The restaurant is extremely clean now. The food quality is immaculate. Highly recommend checking them out again because we all know in the recent days it’s been a disappointment.
