I brought two burritos on 12/1 and once my niece began to eat her burritos she started choking. With every bit she took she continued to choke. I took the burritos from her and took a bite just to find out that the rice was hard as if it was uncooked and the burritos way greasy. I called the number listed on google 4-5 times to see if they could remake the food and no one answer, so I got my niece something else to eat. The very next day I took them my burrito that was untouched and the half of my niece burrito to get a refund. Just for them to say that since she ate some of the burrito they could only refund for one. When the food was terrible but anyways I agree to that. Today is 12/23 and I have yet to receive a refund. The owners has lied and said she never spoken to me and that she tried to contact me but I never responded. Which I have a phone recording and emails that says otherwise and emails. so for her to say she never spoken to me is quite alarming considering the fact that there proof of the phone call.
The place is amazing! The service as well as the people are so friendly, Ryan was amazing and definitely very helpful on making sure i had a good experience. Loved the food, it was amazing. Will definitely be visiting again.
