Love the food but the orders are wrong and the customer service is always lacking. However, it won't keep me from coming back as I know working for the public in food Service is really hard. So I give them grace every time ? I mean if I had their job I would probably end up in jail coming out that window grabbing somebody's neck

Trash. I received small, extremely overpriced kids meal sized portions for the 3 combo meals I ordered. The presentation was sloppy and the food lacked quality in every way. Fries were re-dropped but still somehow managed to be cold. They were also dry, hard and dangerously salty. Fish lacked flavor and looked nothing as pictured on the meau. They were extremely small with a lack of meaty interior, mostly batter, which was also on the salty side. Dirty rice kept with the theme of being over seasoned and had a "mashed consistency" I was not a fan of. The combo meals ordered came with two sides which left me still hungry and unsatisfied. Very disappointed with visit. Will NOT be returning.

I waited for maybe 15 minutes thinking my food would be fresh just to get some old Stella fries that they dropped back in the grease like I wouldn’t know old from fresh chicken old or the grease needs to be changed and my shrimp tasted spoiled you know seafood stuff can’t sit out all day I have given this Golden Chick here in Tyler Tx 3 tries and each time it gets worse

I’ve been a few times but this time was my first negative experience. Ordered a 12 piece and was immediately told to find a spot to wait, which is fine. The chicken took almost 30 minutes to come out while I watched multiple people park and have theirs brought out. Chicken was good per usual but idk 30 minutes for 12 pieces seems excessive
