I went here on a lark, as they are next to McDonalds and I thought Grandy's might not be as unhealthy.
Every single table inside this place was filthy. Greasy, bits of chicken on the tables, napkins, etc. Flies. There was only one person in the dining area, listening to some tik tok or instagram noisy videos on his phone. He didn't really seem to be a customer, but he provided what ambiance there was so whatever.
I tried to order my meal. The lady taking my order was incredibly polite and professional, but the first four things I tried to order, she said the restaurant did not have today. Basically anything healthy and fresh, they did not have, and anything fried and not fresh, I had a shot at getting. So this place is not a healthy option.
I settled on chicken tenders and mashed potatoes. After 25 minutes waiting, I got them, and she apologized for how they looked. Most of them tasted fine, but one was a lot more lemony than the others. Weird. I order six tenders, I received three tenders, four chicken nuggets. The nuggets were almost all breading. The potatoes were dry. Oh, and my soft drink was warm, and the restaurant had no ice. Most of the soft drinks did not dispense properly, spraying out weirdly.
This place was almost dead and unless they are laundering money, it will be out of business soon. Going here is putting your health at risk, as there is no way they are properly cleaning the kitchen if the rest of the business looks and feels this dirty.
I could have eaten at McDonalds, felt healthier, spent less money, saved time, and enjoyed the food.

I ordered the 20 pc family tender meal. Got my food and something told me to check it while I was still there. Counted my tenders and there were only 13 on top of them not even being hot and some being small enough to be nuggets. Told the lady who made my order there were only 13 tenders, and she was like “oh, there’s only 13?” So she didn’t count them when you put them in the box?! I can understand if it was 1 or 2 off but she really tried to cheat me out of 7 chicken tenders smh. Should have known when they only had a 3.7 star rating.

Scrambled eggs were poor. This is not a difficult dish to prepare. Instead of putting 4 or 5 eggs on the plate, just give me 2 or 3 that are cooked correctly. More quantity doesnt make up for bad quality....

My niece and husband visiting from Virginia are visiting me and I referred them to this place. They ordered 1-3 PC chicken dinner with corn & nuggets $10.68 2-3 PC chicken dinner ac & cheese $21.38 1 dozen rolls $7.09 +tax's =$45.28 only on one of the Mac & cheese David T. didn't put the chicken on the plate. My sisters was still in Tyler so I called them to go by there and we took pictures of the 3 plates and receipt and they refuse to correct there error. I called and was told the manager stepped out to call back in 5 minutes. I have called 3 times No, answering the phone just hangs up on me. So I used another phone and called the number and was able to leave a message. That is poor service, they didn't check their bags and I stayed 30 miles away. They got ROBBED in Tyler @ Grandy"s ordered 9 and got 6 PC of chicken. #:0438 Tab:438 David T Accountability !!!

Stopped by on my way to the hospital. Menu says $8.39 for single steak meal, was charged $10.19, and told that the price on the menu was wrong and there was nothing they could do about it! Won't be back and neither should you,!

Poor customer service skills. The black lady working the morning shift is extremely RUDE! If you don't want to work in fast food then quit. Don't make everyone else's experience at Grandys bad because you have to stand up all day.
