Every year I buy a birthday cake for my daughter that passed away to keep her memory alive for my family. Needless to say when I placed the order online it was last minute and after work so I forgot to add more colors to my order. Itzel, a young lady that worked there assisted me with fixing the cake and she made it look so vibrant and girly. I just want to say thank you!
I sat there and watched these employees keep their cool while a lady chewed them out for helping another customer while she decided what she wanted to order. This lady acted RUDE and entitled the entire time these employees tried to explain and help her. On top of giving me an amazing cookie cake on time, they still maintained a level of respect with somebody who (in my opinion did NOT deserve it).
