I stay at a lot of hotels. Rarely do I pay for breakfast. The breakfast buffet is $12 but doesn’t even include the eggs and meats usually associated with a hot meal. The prices for the quality don’t quite balance out. Everything else is a couple dollars more than the other restaurants near here. Even eggs Benedict at a different restaurant is cheaper than a basic meal here. smh
I came to Tyler to visit my father in the hospital, and was so well taken care of by my new friends at Hilton Garden Inn, especially Janna — also known as J. My trip was a roller coaster ride of four days here, no five, no seven, no eight. Janna took care of me through it all — listening to my belly-aching, keying and re-keying my keys, recommending places to eat, and expressing condolences when things at the hospital weren’t going well. I am totally pleased with the Hilton Garden Inn. The room was very clean. Bed very comfortable. But the best has been the staff. Everyone from the front desk all over the place, someone is saying is everything ok. And Miranda in the breakfast area this morning was so friendly and helpful.
