I got the Tonkotsu Ramen from here and it was just awesome. Also, the customer service is top tier. They were very friendly and attentive to us during our stay.

Delicious ramen and appetizers, good milk tea, a relaxed atmosphere compared to other ramen places in Tyler, and good service. The food does take a little while to come out, but I went late at night during a rush, so it was pretty reasonable. The decor is anime themed, and that might throw some people off.

Just moved to Tyler from California Bay Area. I’m used to having Ramen and Pho frequently. Ichiban Ramen was so damn delicious. I could literally just drink the broth as a meal all by itself. The portions are big I had an appetizer and a #5 Spicy Curry Ramen and had left overs for the following day. The service was great. They are fast. I barely waited for my food to arrive. I highly recommend Ichiban Ramen I’ll definitely be back.

The Ichiban Ramen was divine, especially with the black garlic added! I’m sure everything else on the menu is just as good but what really made it special was the customer service! the guy with the tattoos and black hair I believe his name is Gage was just super helpful super sweet and made the entire experience that much better! we need more gage’s in customer service!

Went today as my second time ever and the server we got was rather rude to my table.. We had wrong food placed at our table when we hadnt ordered yet, the server "correcting" us unnecessarily, and additionally when one of ours orders was to go, she mixed in someone else's chop sticks in their food. Im really unsure about coming back. The food was good, might have a better experience going through drive through though.

Love coming here with my husband never had a bad experience, but just today I went to eat alone since I was on my lunch break, and I went ahead and paid for my meal early so I wouldn't have to rush to go back to work..after paying the lady rushed to my table and packed everything up for me and took all the utensils to the back... I was shocked at the fact that she was basically kicking me out.... I was not done with my meal either but before I could tell her anything she rushed to the back of the kitchen. My only horrible experience here so far.....
