Very good experience over-all. My only regret was that I was so full I was unable to try the bananas foster LOL 😂. I will be going back.

The meals were delicious and the service, impeccable. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Love this restaurant.

We love to try new resturants and happened to be in Tyler for a couple days for business so we decided to give III Palms a try. We were not disappointed! We arrived ahead of our reservations to have time for happy hour drinks - the bartender was wonderful and the smoked Wagyu Old Fashioned was excellent!! Dinner was really great also - we shared the mini lobster tacos and crisp rice and tuna (this was our fav). Our waitress, Hailey, was super attentive and thoughtfully had our beet salad divided in to 2 separate portions. Lastly we shared the braised short rib with potato puree and brussel sprouts. Portions were large and everything was very good! Everything was very enjoyable! The service (at bar and table) was very attentive! We'd definitely return if we find ourselves in Tyler again.

One of our favorite star night restaurants in ETX. Great atmosphere, comfortable seatings, friendly staff, nice variety on the menu, and good food.

I had send a message at time of reservation that it's a wedding anniversary, reserved a celebration cake beforehand; Nothing happened plus the table wasn't till after 30 minutes

This our third year in a row to celebrate New Year's Eve at III Palms. Our server Sloane was very attentive and did a great job of meeting and exceeding our needs. We enjoyed oysters and Ricky presented us with some fabulous crab cakes. We will order those again our next visit as they were delicious. The only draw back was the cook on the steaks that were ordered. We all ordered medium rare but received medium. They were really busy and we were not going to overwhelm the kitchen so only one was sent back. Ricky helped and the new steak came out perfect and our dinner guest was happy. I cannot begin to say how amazing the manager Ricky was. He was very involved and made sure we had a wonderful meal but food and experience. III Palms has an excellent staff in Ricky and Sloane.

Service was good and friendly. Drinks were good. The water tasted like dirt even though it was filtered so did the iced tea. Possibly a problem with the ice. The te strakes were all over cooked.

My experience at iii Palm's went pretty swell. Out server Kayden was excellent! The food and ambiance were outstanding. I recommend the palm's chicken.

I had one of the best filets of my life tonight. Added the Oscar sauce and it was so delicious!

I have procrastinated about posting a negative review . I really hate to do that. However, I expressed my disappointment with the phone call and to the hostess upon arrival. Neither , seem to care . We reserved our table for Christmas Eve dinner with family over a month in advance . I reserved a table in the dining room. It was confirmed. The day before our reservations I received a call notifying me that we would be seated in a tent outside and that was the only available seating. Being last minute and lack of time to make alternate plans we agreed to suck it up and take those seats . I regret that decision . The chairs were glorified lawn chairs and very uncomfortable and the music was “Charlie Brown” played repeatedly.. All this .. while spending over 300$ on mediocre food I could've easily cooked myself at home . The only thing good was the waiter . He was great! We sadly will not return to our yearly Christmas Eve tradition next year .

Such hype about this restaurant. Lobster tacos, very good, wedge salad, blah, steaks, nothing to rave about, asparagus, cold, risotto, cold, broccolini, cold, potato puree cold, chicken, cold, baked potato, excellent. Service was good, although a little slow. I think that is why our food was cold because it was sitting there for pick up for so long. Asked for bread for my pregnant daughter who was starving, we had to remind them twice to bring it out. Never again for over $400 for four people. Texas de Brazil or Kiepersol next time. The valet was very helpful. I am having back surgery in a few days and I have a hard time navigating around curbs and steps and he graciously held out his arm. Very disappointing Christmas Eve dinner.

Very slow service getting bar drinks, I wanted a glass with dinner and the waiter was no where to be found. Food order came out wrong but they did fix it quickly.

Everything was perfect. Our waiter was very pleasant. The overall experience of the restaurant is better than anything around. This was our second visit and we'll keep returning.

Enjoyed our time and dinner there. Good attentive service. Wait for food was a little long but the restaurant was very busy.
