My complaint isn't about my visit, that was wonderful. I was brought to III Palms as a guest, and wanted to thank my hosts with a gift card, as they dine there frequently. Ordered an e-card through their website bright and early on Monday morning. Money taken from my account, emailed on Tuesday, because the e-card wasn't received. The website said I would get a response in 48 hours. Emailed again on Thursday, here it is Saturday, still no response from III Palms, still...

It was late so we couldn't stay long but honestly it was the best experience very nice and clean atmosphere very gentle and kind service, fast and correct! Will be coming back very soon.
