Infield Restaurant & Sports Bar

Came here with a group of 10, with the restaurant being nearly dead (only 1 other table of four in the restaurant while we were there). The service was decent but they got two of our orders wrong (even with us repeating back exactly what we were wanting), took forever to bring our plates with our appetizers, took forever to come out with a drink menu. Drinks were great! 10/10 but the server didn’t remember to get us refills on our drinks ( lots of us had just waters and dr.peppers). We had asked for ranch for two people and only got one. Just kept having to wait and ask for things even after having gotten two wrong orders. Didn’t create a good experience for everyone. Also keep in mind there was only 1 table other than us in the entire restaurant. Once we were waiting for our checks, the server was putting it in the POS and she was talking to what looked like her manager, pointed at us and made a hand gesture, pointed at our table and mouthed “ Lots of tips with that table”

My boyfriend and I went here and the food was nasty. We waited over 30 min for the pizza and it was not worth $15. We had the Mediterranean and it was disgusting. It was greasy and made our stomachs hurt and the pizza was very small for two people. We will definitely not be going back to eat there. The only positive we had was our nice waiter we had.

We went here while on vacation. It was ok food. I had to wait 35 minutes just to get 3 drinks while watching the waitress serve 10 others. Finally I saw a manager and asked about it. I saw my waitress running to get my drinks finally. At the same time, the other serve brought my food and dumped the sandwich in the table. I had to ask the manager to repkace it. At first, he was reluctant to do it. SMH... he finally did what was right. But this was a fun place to hang out.

Was hired as a cook and they are horrible with communication. I was in an accident on Saturday making it IMPOSSIBLE for me to be there Sunday i called to let them know WELL BEFORE the 2 hours before and the man told me he would CALL ME on Wednesday i did not recieve a call i then called them on Wednesday Thursday and today finally got a response after HOURS saying i was supposed to come in yesterday with NO COMMUNICATION STATING THIS OR EVEN ASKING IF I WAS AVAILABLE

Bought several pizzas and was not happy with the taste to price ratio. Also you spend over $10 on a pizza you expect it to at least fill up one person. Never again and we were wanting to throw pizza party here, don’t waste your money.

We go to Grand Slam a lot but we always eat before we go now. This restaurant really does nothing for the place. Basically you walk in, seat yourself, and sit, and wait, and sit, and wait..... then just when you're ready to say screw this and leave, someone finally comes to the table. Then the food takes FOREVER! The foods ok but I wouldn't call it anything special, definitely nothing worth a hassle. I wish they had a quick option for food besides this place

Vegan burger on a not vegan bun, also says their cheese bread is vegan? Never got any service to actually ask, walked out after 20 mins at a table.

We sat and waited for a server at a table, used the QR code menu on the table. Many employees made eye contact. None said a word. We asked the hostess if a server would come, she said we had to go to the bar to order our fries, sweet tea, and a beer. No silverware, napkins, refills, never a server. Pretty disappointed taking a couple from out of town to this place. We will stick to games & bowling. Another obvious problem is the bar allows glass ware out onto the arcade floor where there are many kids running around, seems plastic ware to leave the bar would be safer idea, I see empty cocktail glasses left on pinball machines etc every time we go.
