This was a “Just Wings” order so it was a pick up. Poor excuse for $20 for wings…..small, Over cooked and ToGo orders was definitely in The Weeds. I think Just Wings gets second seat to Chili’s itself. I’ve always loved Just Wings as being the best and very under advertised. Now, they are not so awesome. Last 2,orders have been subpar, makes me furious to pay $20 for BS. In today’s times you need to pay for what you get. What’s up JW…..

Went to order online, neither website or app was working so I called to place my order. Doing so the woman working there told me that sometimes it will let her do it in her end but not always. I continue with my order and in the end there was a bit of attitude but not nothing crazy. I get there about 15 - 20 minutes after ordering online and well the foods not done but I’m patient doesn’t matter to me. But I noticed the kitchen is full of what seems to be college/ high school kids. The woman, seeming around my age (16-19ish), ringing me up for my order in the back was very nonchalant and had her focus elsewhere with what seemed her friends were doing in the kitchen or something, and was clearly not in the nicest mood. after I checked out stating “have a nice day” with a short attitude while not even looking my direction but I didn’t really pay any mind at the time because bad days happen for people at work and I understand were all human we aren’t perfect and stuff happens. Well when I got home to eat my food, it was alright for the most part until I had already eaten half of which was a pretty undercooked boneless chicken wing. which unfortunately I told her I didn’t need a receipt(clearly I should have). At the moment my stomach isn’t feeling at it’s best but at least I know not go go back there again. Only reason I’m rating a high 2 is because I’ve had “it’s just wings” once before and so have my friends but this is MY first time ordering from here but second time eating and clearly wasn’t the best experience, but people make mistakes and I’m aware so I’m not just going to bash chilis, I’m just being honest with my experience is all. Thank you if you took the time to read this, I promise this was a genuine review.
