I dont know how to say this, as nitpicky as i am with restaurants. This jack in the box just makes good cheap food and ive never had a complaint with their customer service. The double smash jack is my favorite, the fries, tacos, churros, its all so good.

Today was my first time having Jack in the Box in Tyler. Jasmine, was absolutely incredible along with the other two I spoke with. Everyone was smiling and had amazing personalities. My food was cooked right and I wasn’t missing anything. Truly amazing crew here!

The night shift staff and manager are exceptional. They were handling a disgruntled customer and while the customer was in the wrong and being very dramatic about it, the staff and manager took it on the chin and handled it very professionally and despite the stress of the situation they didn't let it affect their service or attitudes. Great job!!

I was told they were not taking any orders bc they were closing. I told them their website showed 12 being closing time and I had time to order and that “closing” is not closed. They proceeded to say they were only filling app orders and door dash
