It's not bad enough to stop returning but definitely has problems. The food itself is always very good, which is why I keep returning, but God forbid they get my drink order right. Everytime I've gone, I get a drink that I didn't order, whether it's a different soda or WATER!! If I'm getting water when I'm paying for a soft drink I should get a discount at least.

The staff here are so friendly. They always want to help and make sure your order is correct. I have never had a bad experience at this location. I have also never gotten an incorrect order. The Tacos are the best!!!

I have gotten the same thing from Jack n the box for years. A chicken fajita pita and tonight’s topped everyone I ever had!! It was flavorful, full(every bite had a topping), it honestly tasted like it came from a bougie Mediterranean place and not Jntb. I called to compliment them and the manager was so sweet she said they get a bunch of complaints so it was nice to get a compliment. I highly recommend this jntb!
