I ordered this cake online for my husband and asked for a very special note. Not only did my note not come, but the cake was extremely greasy, undercooked, and bland. AND THE NOTE WAS MISSING. I was not even given an apology. NOTHING. Just a “we will look into this”. Deceptive practices. No customer service.

She would make them for the camp counselors at Rockin C Ranch and they were always the highlight of the day. Janie is a class act woman and so grateful to have gotten to know her over the years. Her and her company deserve all the praise and honors they get and more. It is a must stop if you are in Tyler, TX!
