Have been a fan since it opened and we discovered JC. Have ordered many, many times over the last 15 years for business, birthdays, and other celebrations and always purchase as a fun treat at satellite locations in TX when we've come across them. Most recently ordered 4 cakes this past month and one didn't make it. Although the lost in shipping is due to fed ex and not JC's fault, (although that is the only option they have for shipping,) I am very disappointed in their lack of help, consideration, and compensation. I ordered a cake for my young adult daughter's first holiday alone as she is working and we live out of state. I selected a delivery date 2 days in advance, hoping to avoid any complications. The cake has still not arrived and with everything being closed, I can no longer even select something else to have delivered to her from JC or anywhere else at this point in time. JC said they would reimburse me if it doesn't eventually get delivered but that doesn't matter anymore as she is working and she won't be there to get it or enjoy it. And now I can't even arrange to get her something else because businesses are closed and it is a holiday. Not sure I will have the heart to support this business anymore and I will definitely tell my friends who are also frequent buyers/shippers. JC has a great product, but it appears that they do not care about their customers, do better!

I ordered this cake online for my husband and asked for a very special note. Not only did my note not come, but the cake was extremely greasy, undercooked, and bland. AND THE NOTE WAS MISSING. I was not even given an apology. NOTHING. Just a “we will look into this”. Deceptive practices. No customer service.

The best Bundt cakes in town/world! I've been eating these before she even opened the doors to her first store. She would make them for the camp counselors at Rockin C Ranch and they were always the highlight of the day. Janie is a class act woman and so grateful to have gotten to know her over the years. Her and her company deserve all the praise and honors they get and more. It is a must stop if you are in Tyler, TX!
