Store was a little slow today even though at the time I was their their was no line. I ordered a hot sub with no onions it took 15 minutes to prepare it and when I got to the office my sub had onions on it. If it takes 20 minutes to make a sub atleast make sure its hot and correct

Ate here multiple times. Mostly pleasant. Unfortunately my family member was charged for an extra sandwich and left thinking they put it in the bag. She did not care for the service either. She got all the way home and then noticed it was not there. Please be more attentive.

The day after the big donation day, people were waiting an hour on take-out sandwiches. I could see 6 people on staff, but it wasn’t enough. More than a few people gave up time to stand in line then leave with nothing.

Love the mini size. That is big enough for me and the sandwich was great. More importantly, the staff were super nice and very professional. The way they made the sandwich in front of you was very cool.
Besides being prompted to tip for ringing my sandwich up, everything was good.
