Today was the second time me and my fiancé have been to this location, and I am sorry to say we were extremely disappointed. I never leave bad reviews, but I need to share what happened today.

We both ordered hot subs and we had to wait for a little while which was no problem. We also got two fountain drinks and the mini cookies. The total was over $40 and we also left a tip. As we were waiting other people ordered and we probably waited about 20-30 mins before our order was ready. However, the man who made our sandwiches called my fiancé’s name but he said it once and quietly so I couldn’t tell if that was our order or not. He then set the sandwiches down next to the register. There was a man who was ordering when our sandwiches were ready and he looked at one of ours and took it and left. We did not know those were ours at the time, and shortly after the man came back in and said it wasn’t his and he already opened it.
My fiancé then asked if that was our order and the employee said yes. The manager then tried to re-wrap the sandwich and tried to give it to us. We asked them to remake it and the manager gave us an attitude. It is a health hazard to try to give food to someone that has been taken out of the building.
We probably waited another 30 minutes for our food and it was undercooked and made poorly. They did not apologize or offer a refund or anything of the sort. Needless to say we are very disappointed and we are not coming back to this location. I hope others who go there have a better experience.

CJ was amazing!! He was taking orders, making sandwiches, bagging sandwiches and double checking everything. No he was not working alone he was just making sure that all of the customers were taking care of. It can get very overwhelming when you are taking online orders, phone orders and walk ins so when you come across someone who is doing an incredible job take the time to thank them. So CJ thank you.

If you are gluten free, this is the place to go for a sub. Thanks Jersey Mike's for adding this option to your menu. I had the #8 club sub on GF bun and it was awesome.

Great sandwiches, I’ve been eating there for about 20 years… only problem is when I put in a mobile order they are incredibly slow to the point that there’s really no reason to place a mobile order. Much better to go wait in line and order, otherwise you’ll wait much longer for them to make your sandwich.

We ordered our sandwich got our drinks and sat down. The guy behind the counter apparently gave our sandwich to the nice couple behind us. They proceeded to open and saw that it wasn’t their order. We watched them return them to staff. That staff member proceeded to ask the other guy doing toppings who the order went to. He placed the opened sandwiches on the counter behind them and waited a few minutes, rewrapped tight and came around to give them to us. I stopped him as soon as he came from behind the counter because I had been watching him the entire time. He then proceeded to tell me in a loud sharp tone it was actually my fault because I didn’t stay in line. We had already paid, been giving cups to get drinks. NEVER have I been told we need to remain in line, I’ve been there many times prior. Apparently, most of your guests didn’t get the memo either. If this is policy your staff needs to work on communicating or it needs to be posted. The couple that had received our order came up to us after they ate saying this is regular behavior for this kid, that they have witnessed his behavior countless times.

The entire staff is super amazing!!! The mgmt team are especially service performers and it is so appreciated. They obviously care a lot and it def shows in the food they pump out. Thank u all Jeraey Mike's! We are forever grateful and forever customers!!!!❤😁
