Would not recommend doing order pick up at this location. It is very busy and there is no organization with the pick up orders. I was at the pick up counter for 10 minutes, 15 minutes past my pick up time. I went in a few minutes past pick up time because it was so busy and the past several times, I have had to wait. The employees asked all of the door dash drivers *behind me* for names but did not ask me. They were busy and I did not see the order so I just waited, at the counter. It would have been faster to get in line and order it. They used to put the order on the counter so it made pick up fast. The other location in Tyler still does that.

I go to Jersey Mike's when I need a good sandwich. Today was a great chance to try something new and the grill cook I believe said his name was Collins made a bad big Kahuna. It was so delicious and great after a workout. I highly recommend this place they always have a great vibe and good food.Kid-friendliness: They don't ignore your kids, they always make sure to say hi to my little girl.
