This is the second time I have gone to Jimmy's Egg. My first experience was not a great one as we decided to go for breakfast on the weekend. This time my s/o and I went for brunch on a Wednesday. The place was less than 50% full which means they were not at all rushed. Our waitress was friendly and competent. Once my coffee cup was empty she was there to fill it up rather quickly. Great breakfast food! We were able to order the conquistador omelette even though it's no longer on the menu. Really hope this omelette continues to be available. It's fantastic.

While in Tyler we tried a couple of breakfast locations. This was by far our favorite. I got the Cowboy Skillet and my wife got the Pineapple Pancakes. We went there 3 separate times and ordered the same thing! Delicious food and grade A service.
