I gave 4 stars because of the price. Although for the amount of food received, the price was not bad. The food was greasy but did taste good. Large portion sizes had complimentary self-serve well-seasoned beans located near the Coke remix machine, to-go boxes were needed, and we came there hunger. The burgers are priced separately from the French fries and tater tots for $2.99 each. The drink was also about $3. The burger was about $13 for it alone. All tasted very good. I will come back there again but not too regularly because it is high in cost for a fast food place. For two of us, it was $37 after tax, and we got regular meals, nothing fancy or too big.

Our all-time favorite for great burgers, crispy chicken sandwiches, fries and their free spicy beans! We moved over two hours from the nearest Jucy's, but plan trips back to Tyler so we can eat there again. We haven't found anything in our McKinney/ Dallas area that compares!

ate at Jucys on Old Jacksonville yesterday 10-2 for the first time since we are new to town. Greeted promptly by a tall thin gentleman with a big welcome and smile. He explained my questions on the menu and was very helpful. He was multitasking, was even cleaning tables in between customers, Staff was courteous and they seemed happy that customers were there. We watched him and the others greet others as they came in to order and they all got the same attention. Way to go Jucys. We will be back!

Claudia is the best. She was super friendly from the time we walked in, yelling across the restaurant at us as we walked in. She was super helpful with picking out food and overall made what could have been a normal experience a fun one.

Don't go there, They're a bunch of kids who kept playing with water for 15-20 minutes when I was waiting and didn't even bother to ask me what I was waiting for. Turned out that my food had been ready since before I got there and just said "sorry bruh" when handed it to me.
