Why is this place still open? We used to go to Kens back when they were in the old building and I don't EVER remember it being this horrible!! We don't come to Tyler alot, we live an hour away. We were doing some school shopping for the kids, been in Tyler all day, kids and us were staving, didn't want to wait long and wanted to eat pretty quick, so we saw that Kens wasn't too busy. (should have been the first big red flag right there) but when you have 4 grumpy tired kids, and a hangry wife, the less people the better lol on a Saturday evening at 5, we walk in, and there's 2 employees on their phones. one of them is leaned up on the salad bar to where his shirt is touching some of the food. The other is literally sitting on the dang counter next to the food!! (2nd red flag). but we done got our little soccer team of 4 out of the car and they were excited about pizza. So, we paid and then spent several minutes trying to find a clean table in a almost empty restaurant. The, ice maker wasn't working, DIRTY plates, the pizza looked like it had been sitting out since lunch! It honestly looked like left over gas station pizza thats been sitting in a dumpster around back. (that actually probably would have been better) the 2 guy employees still sitting on the counter on their phones and remained that way for the majority of the time we were there. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept in days and liquid spills all over for someone to trip! They did not put, not ONE fresh pizza out the whole hour or so we were there. The bathrooms disgusting, service horrible, food cold and nasty, whole building NASTY! I will say the girl that was working to register wasn't the friendly type, but atleast she was attempting to wipe things down and stay busy sorta while everyone else did nothing. How is this ok? How is this place still open?? Never will we be back. I was Madder than a mosquitoe in a manican factory! If there was a option to give negative stars I'd do -16.

Service was minimal. One older lady bused our table. And she was pleasant. I was ignored by the young man that was reloading the buffet. I just wanted to know if they had potatoes coming out because the potatoes that were left were dried out. All the pizza had been there a while with the exception of two options. Bathrooms we’re discussing. Only two working stalls even though there were 5 stalls.

This place is now TRASH! It’s so sad to see this effortless young kids “working”. They listening to trap music In the back. Pizza it’s extremely old and cold. They are all with their attitudes, moody, you can just tell they not trying work! It’s sad to see. No type of customer service! I guess corporate don’t care either as this place looks dirty. Why hire people like that? It’s really sad to see. Tables are all dirty. We requested a pizza 3 times as the pizza there was nasty and cold, that never happened they never brought it out.
