Pizza was disgusting, most of the pizza was dried out. Couldn't even eat any of the pizza. Only thing we ate was the salad bar and Pasta. Will never be back. We have ate here before and it was good. But that was last year. If their quality stays like this, they won't be open much longer.

Came to Ken’s tonight for dinner. Most of the pizza was out and not restocked on the line for customers to eat. What pizza was out was hard like it has been there all day or burnt. The pasta was dried out. No employees cleaning tables or anything. No deserts out but a couple cinnamon rolls that were not good. This is the first time I have ever had a bad experience here. Normally the pizza is really good.

The food wasn't all that good I tried different slices when I got some I got three slices of pizza and some corn, the corn tastes old the pizza was cold so I went back up there too try from the back row it was hot and fresh of course but the cheese pizza tasted a little gritty and they don't have any napkins for you

This was my first visit to Ken's, what a GREAT experience, from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile, not only was the customer service was great throughout, they offered a great pizza/salad selection, and the food quality was outstanding. I will return when I'm in town and I too will strongly suggest Ken's to my family and friends.

Very disappointed..the sweet pregnant lady was the only one working, cleaning up. 2 guys were sitting at the register as they always are when I go in doing NOTHING!! No hot food was out, the sweet girl had to keep requesting food to be fresh.. very disappointed I even paid $50.00 to eat there

We were the first customers of the day on a Saturday. The lettuce was brown. The carrots were old and the eggs had black mold in them. The pizza was like cardboard and cold. When we told the man working there behind the counter, we watched him pull some of the food off the line and replace it with fresh food. It is unacceptable to start with old food! We really should’ve just left the minute we saw the salad bar. So gross.
Pizza was great. Sure miss the Mazzios on 5th though. It was closer

June-26th 2025---Everything was so Bad ... BEWARE ... of the Ranch Salad dressing it was so Salty I couldn't eat .. I have a fluid reaction problem .. salt... salt ..was all i tasted so my beautiful salad went to waste ... all the pizza was over cooked and Dry and even the new pizza they were putting out wasn't good it was 8:30 the there was about 3 or 4 families.. but I didn't see no body getting seconds ... This is Very Disappointing because Kens has always been my go to by the time My Granddaughter & I got home our stomachs were aching and feet swelling... I tried to called before I made this pist but no one Answered .. **Please beware if you have health problems **
