Even with knowing management (they were off this day..) and staff recognizing Me. They still messed up my order $54 worth of chicken all white meat I ordered all dark. This would've .. should've been an easy 5-4 star rating if they'd have seemed to try and get my drive thru order right. My fault for not checking till I was 40 min away opening bags in kitchen. Everyone mad because " I " ruined dinner?
Parking: Oddly shaped lot because restaurant is on a corner but plenty of parking.

Was told to pull up to a spot and they would bring it out. Didn't happen after 20 minutes walked in and it was sitting on a shelf. Food was tasty but a bit cold when we got home
I throughly enjoyed my lunch meal. The 3 piece combo meal. The chicken was fresh and juicy. The counter manager was friendly and made me feel welcome. The food was plated nicely and the dining area was brightly lit and nostaligically appealing. If you enjoy fried chicken and delicious sides this is the place to go right off Troup Highway and Loop 323.
Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had at a KFC. Girl working the drive through on Monday around 4 was helping point things out to me on the menu I didn’t know existed. Give her a raise, she’s one of the few people who care and try at their job these days.
