It's been a while since I visited this location, and I shall never return. Go to the KFC at Troup & Loop 323 instead. I ordered through the drive-thru and ended up with garbage. The biscuits look like some kitchen experiment that should go in the trash. Strips were under-breaded and coated in a thick layer of pepper. Mixed bone-in chicken so greasy it was dripping. It was too far to drive back to complain so I am having KFC corporate look into it.

Every single time we come, we get the same thing -2 spicy chicken littles, -1 regular, -all with extra pickles. Every. Single. Time. We don’t get one single pickle , and we either get 3 spicy or 3 regular. Every. Time. I really believe they do it on purpose at this location as it never happens like this at any of the other KFC

The chicken tasted dry and old, and had absolutely NO type of flavor whatsoever, the mashed potatoes were overcooked. They had limited drinks to offer and the DrPepper tasted like straight carbonation. It’s sad that they don’t offer a refund, but expect people to keep coming back to lack luster service!(make that make sense)

My son wanted chicken legs so went to this KFC, despite me knowing better. It was as I remembered. Lunchtime but the parking lot was empty. Order wasn't taken correctly so I didn't get what ordered, only my son's meal. When we received it, the legs were barely breaded and dry looking. The meat was so dry that both legs had about inch of total bone exposed, no meat, no breading, just bone. Smelled odd in the lobby so started looking around and found out why. The floor against the walls has years of built up gunk. Gross. Will never eat here again.

Fountain drinks had so much co2 and water/too little flavor. Tried 4 flavors and no taste. All chicken for 3 people way over cooked. The potato and gravy came without a top had a hair sitting on top. Staff clapping and having a good time in the back but couldn find a way to put any quality food. We didn't get any of our food close to or even near the expected KFC standards.
Place was very dirty, with French fry boxes and sauce cups everywhere. Ordered a 12 count nuggets meal and got 8 so I went up to the counter and ask for a 12 count (what I paid for) and the lady said straight up that I was lying. Very ridiculous service, I just wanted what I paid for. Will not be visiting this place again. Also the French fries were so caked in salt I could not physically eat them

I have been to this KFC restaurant several times. The food is always delicious, and the 80's music they play is very enjoyable. My wife and I always try to name the singer of every song that plays while enjoying our food.
