Fountain drinks had so much co2 and water/too little flavor. Tried 4 flavors and no taste. All chicken for 3 people way over cooked. The potato and gravy came without a top had a hair sitting on top. Staff clapping and having a good time in the back but couldn find a way to put any quality food. We didn't get any of our food close to or even near the expected KFC standards.

Place was very dirty, with French fry boxes and sauce cups everywhere. Ordered a 12 count nuggets meal and got 8 so I went up to the counter and ask for a 12 count (what I paid for) and the lady said straight up that I was lying. Very ridiculous service, I just wanted what I paid for. Will not be visiting this place again. Also the French fries were so caked in salt I could not physically eat them

I have been to this KFC restaurant several times. The food is always delicious, and the 80's music they play is very enjoyable. My wife and I always try to name the singer of every song that plays while enjoying our food.

I went in with my family today. I am very obviously pregnant. We ordered three meals and paid for 3 cups for drinks. When we went to get drinks, we all got water, even though we paid for our cups. The water had black mold floating all in it. I emptied it several times and refilled thinking it may have been the cup. I asked the women to give us water bottles and explained the situation and she said if we wanted bottles we had to pay extra, even though we already paid for something that was unusable and unsafe. They didnt even come out to clean the lines and didnt close the station so everyone else was still drinking the water and soda. The women working was very rude. On top of that, the bathrooms were disgusting and falling apart. I didn’t feel clean eating there.

Messed up our order gave us stale chicken and corn that tasted like it was cooking for hours when I came back up there they made it seem like I was lying until I showed them and they remade it but was rude about it do not recommend!!!

I went to KFC tonight after a very long and stressful day to purchase the advertised and posted special for this KFC. Mixed 8 piece chicken and 4 sides for $20. After I ordered, he told me $38. I questioned it at the drive thru window and showed them the special posted on their menu on their web page. They said that is online and we can't honor it. I drove back around the drive thru and took a picture of it. So I have now shown them online on their menu limited special and on their sign. Their co-manager, Skylar, laughed at me and told me lady take it up with corporate and move on. I asked him if he was laughing at me and he said, yes this is ridiculous you are taking picture of our sign over $18.00. I said this was very rude and asked his name to confirm.
