Don't plan on an evening meal here. I came in around 6 (closes at 9). There was one potato gallette, 1 1/2 quiches, and a half of a friand. I asked about the friand and was told a whole one would take 30 minutes. That was it for the entrees. đ

Sadly, if this is a corporate store they need to send corporate here immediately; if this is a franchise, corporate needs to repossess this store. Since being a teen I have loved and adored eating at La Madeleine every time. As a recent new resident to Tyler I was excited there was a restaurant in Tyler, that excitement was quickly killed. First visit, terrible service, disgusting food, disgusting restaurant, and icing on the cake, all of the empty tables had dirty dishes on them so I had to sit at a table with the last patronâs dirty dishes and eat. After several employees walked by no one even bothered to remove them. I was appalled and shocked with this location and never thought I would see this brand in this type of state. Decades of a pedestal shattered in Tyler.

Long haired general manager with glasses and England teeth is very rude, not to me personally but the regular employees were having trouble with the register because they were obviously not properly trained, the lady in front of me had her card charged twice it was showing up on her banking account and the general manager decided to start raising his voice at the lady almost yelling telling her that sheâs wrong while my 5 year old and 2 year old daughters and my wife are right here and we came to have a nice lunch. The employees were so untrained they couldnât even take my cash to put in our order. Maybe if the general manager were more concerned about training his employees properly and investing time in his store instead of arguing and being rude with customers this store would receive more business, at least it would have kept ours. The poor regular employees was sweeting he was so nervous I feel for all the regular employees in that building, this general manger is so unprofessional he should never be anything more than a McDonalds drive through cashier but he doesnât have the mind for that either. Manners gets you a long way. Not laziness and bad temper

Stopped by for breakfast. What a treat! I downloaded the app previously, so I had a $5 reward I needed to use. I ordered the Country French Breakfast, and it was delicious!

I had quiche with strawberry spinach salad đ„. Itâs very healthy oriented foods. Lots of delicious desserts. Atmosphere is quiet, cozy, great meeting place, great French themed decor, friendly staff, products available to purchase or make gift baskets. Kids menu. Always have a specials! I enjoy this restaurant.

Place is super awesome and the staff is very nice.
I really like the people here. The food is great too. I ordered a croffle & had no idea it had meat & cheese in the plain one. The manager offered to make me a waffle instead. I told him Iâm ok, the biggest thing is that I was perfectly capable of reading the ingredients. It shouldnât be up to them to correct my mistake. The manager was so sweet though, he did not want me to leave hungry. If youâre reading this, I didnât. I donât usually eat breakfast so the fruit was perfect.

I had La Madelene cater my wedding and the food was amazing! Best decision that I made at my wedding. The general manager Larry was very sweet! He always communicated with us. Helped us navigate everything and also delivered with his staff. My guess loved the food! For future events we will be going with them. If you want amazing food go with La Madelene!
