DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN INVERNESS FL! Went in this morning and the girl behind the counter with colored hair just looked at me without acknowledging me. When I asked for 6 tacos she rolled her eyes and said “aww man really?” I asked why, thinking she didn’t have the ingredients or something like that, but she had the audacity to simply say, “because I don’t feel like it! I really don’t want to if I don’t have to!” I was shocked and just walked out. That is unacceptable and the store managers and corporate needs to know that is how their employees work and how they speak to customers. Will never return again and will never recommend this place to anyone.

I placed an order this morning to be delivered via door dash at 430 pm.... the people at the restaurant made the order immediately and told the dasher they could not remake it when she arrived to pick up my food. The Manager was very rude, inconsiderate and not helpful at all. It was not my fault the people at the restaurant made the order when it was placed and didn't read the fact it was supposed to be delivered in the afternoon. Horrible customer service!

I've ordered here through Doordash three times so far, and the food is always delicious. Just had some pork and chicken tamales today, and they are yummy too. Smaller than I expected, but i appreciate less calories. Great prices and great delivery. Plan on stopping in at Speedway soon.

The food was great and after one visit the staff remembered me. Both Tommy and Jada were very courteous and friendly. I know that store has issues getting staff. I hope they are able to pay and keep the staff they have now what they are worth. The food is always good, and I enjoy stopping by on my way to work. Awesome portions..

I come here about once a week or so at the same time everyday after my night shift around 5:45-6am. Sometimes the food is limited and that’s fine with me i just get whatever is made, but today there was a very “a matter of fact” attitude ridden young man working who had pleanty of food already made and set out. I wait at the food table patiently til he turns around and says (naw we ain’t open). I stare waiting for the rest of the explanation and when there was none I smile and say “ okay how long, 30min 1hr 2 hr??” And he simply says “2”. And that must be an answer of pure laziness cause I promise if I come back in 30 minutes he will be ready and serving food. Felt like he just wanted me out of there as fast as possible. So today I won’t get my Friday taco because of his snippy and lazy demeanor. Young man needs to be retrained cause what I wanted what already made up and ready to be slapped in a taco. Would have taken him 4 minutes. Very displeased.Fast forward 5 minutes to when I’m out here typing this out. I see him leave the building to the side of the gas staition to move his vehicle and smoke a cigarette. Now I know why he said 2 hours. Lovely. If I were to wait not my taco will smell like his lazy cigarette. Love it.

I've tried to stop by multiple times at 07:00 and 07:30 to get taco's and there's never anyone there. The food is never ready and the advertised hours are 06:00 to 18:00. There's always trash in the building and parking lot. This location is brand new and the staff take absolutely zero pride in it. This is a prime location with heavy traffic that could do so much better. I won't be back because I've been burned so often. I'm just hungry and want to grab something warm on my way to work.

Customer services store #41896. Manager Maricalla is horrible and very racial profiling . I never out my 42yrs and 14 yrs customer services never been treated the way she did. I have experienced her treated other ppl (Black male) wrong but her ethical very well off respect. I wish someone would Just reach out. or go uncover and watch how she treat customer of a different racial. I know nothing will be done. I can keep spending the word on social media. A platform for sure. ...

The last 2 times I've gone it was not a good experiences. I stop regularly to get breakfast before work. The last 2 times, a new girl was working who hasn't got the slightest inkling about time management and customer service. She refused to make me FRESH (not sitting on a warming table with no lid for hours) eggs. I won't be back.

Thanks from Inverness!! I really enjoyed not eating. Either this place doesn’t have what I want or they are messing up orders. It used to be good but not so much anymore. There’s much better Mexican food here in Inverness.
