I went in to pick up my order they couldn't find it and it took another 10 minutes to try to find the order when the Cook came out to the front to let the cashier know that it was sitting there the whole time. Miscommunication that day but I love their great cheese puffs in the Mountain Dew mango

I've always loved little ceasars, but recently, there seems to be a drop in quality of service. The lady at the cashier forgot my brownies and my sauce after just reviewing the order on the receipt just a second ago. She seemed not to really care about the customers experience at all.

Some of the rudest people out here. Gave my door dasher a huge amount of trouble because supposedly they didn't get my order. Then they refused to give my dasher the sauce or the drink with my order. When i called to complain about my missing items this kid on the phone just said "yeah someone has to come pick it up" in a rude tone. Can't stand this place.

Great service even though they were about to close

We usually order from the Front Street store, with no issues, but since this location is on my way home, I tried it. The first time, it looked like my pizza had been tossed around, as the toppings were all over the box, and had slid off the crust, when I opened the box. Thinking it might just be a bad night, I ordered the same thing again, and didn't get what I ordered (extra sauce, extra cheese). The pizza barely had any sauce (almost dry), and less than normal cheese, with parts of the crust completely bare. Lesson learned, I will go the long way home, to hit the Front Street store. Whether they need more training, or just don't care, you would do well to pick a different location.

Food was fantastic! Service was awesome! Ladies who worked 2/15/24 closing were so sweet and patient. Best pizza I've had from Caesars! Ty to this location.

I was greatly impressed with them. I had four kids that I needed to feed fast. I ordered two pizzas one cheese and other pepperoni and bread sticks. The only thing they advertise is hot and ready pizza, they didn't have one hot or ready. I had to put in my order. Service is fast, friendly and helpful.

If you get a pizza from this location make sure to check it before eating it. We recently bought a pizza from here and there was MOLD on the pizza be careful

Good pizza always but most of the time rude teenagers run the store, they will eventually learn customer service
