Did a mobile order was quick and easy. Notified when pizza was done. I called to get it double cut the man on the phone was very sweet. I arrived and the pizza was hot, fresh and double cut! Great staff and clean restaurant.

Terrible i called and placed a order told to wait 15mins just to be given a old pizza that has been in the hotbox for hours this establishment is in serious need of a staff that actually wants to do this job

The guy at the window was not friendly. That should’ve been a red flag. But I got my pizza. It’s thin as paper and dried out like it’s been sitting too long. Do not recommend this location

Man, it’s just not supposed to be that complicated to order a few pizzas. Rough experience with customer service. Pizza has been consistent and good for the price- but don’t order here if you plan to talk to an actual person. Use the app. The humans here don’t want to be bothered.

Figured i would try little Cesar’s again as it’s been awhile since I’ve had it. Order said it would be ready at 6:30pm. Got to the drive through and was told to pull around. Didn’t leave the store til 6:50. Kept getting told they were waiting to box up the pepperoni cups. After another ten minutes went to the counter. Then the cashier looks at me and says what all did you get with your pizza?

TLDR: pizza was cold, forgot about me and had to wait. Go anywhere else to get pizza it’s worth the extra money.

I order delivery via the little Caesars app not a second party and it robbed me of 2 Almost 8 dollars pizza it charged them but didn't put them on the receipt

When i complained immediately after my delivery i was given the run around for 2 hours the break down of which was

being talked over unable to explain and argued with oh your order was 3 item oh it was 5 items hung up on for 30 mins then lied to being told id get the pizzas
I waited for an hour to be generous when it wasn't even a 30 in delivery
Then 30 mins of being immediately hung up on and ignored on hold asking to talk then i was insulted by
Finally i was told i robbed doordash 50 dollar and hung up on

on a subtotal 27+ dollar order with 13+ dollar fees to be 40+ dollars of which i got 11+ dollars of my order and was robbed at least half of the 13+ Dollar in fees and robbed almost 16 dollars of food

I'm never order or eating with this scam company again
i used to eat with them a lot because while average pizza it was quick reliable and affordable

The driver didn’t deliver everything ordered and the manager was only willing to give me credit for next order. Manager shirks all delivery responsibility. Don’t order direct as they refuse to accept responsibility.
