I ordered a pepperoni pizza and when I picked it up the pizza was cold as can be and hard where my kids could not eat it. It was hard enough you could throw it. The picture attached is me holding it up showing how hard it is. I know its a cheap pizza but this is a little ridiculous.

Guys in the back drag their feet and take forever to make the pizzas. Hot N Ready is a joke, not only was there nothing ready, but they took over 24 minutes to make 3 pizzas. This isn't a one-time experience either, just the last in a few instances where they fail to deliver on their job or promise.

I had a craving for pizza and I like Little Caesars the best of all the pizza joints ordered a large thin crust pepperoni waiting outside 10 minutes later they yelled for me to come get my pizza great

Waited in drive thru for 7 mins, I was the only car. Then waited 26 more mins just for 2 orders of crazy bread. Not exaggerating. I do feel bad for the employee. One person working the window, the lobby, cooking, phone calls, and running pizzas out to cars. I ended up coming inside to wait so he didn’t have to run it out to me. I gave four stars because I know it’s tough running a business. The bread turned out great. But y’all, this wait was really really bad for not being very busy.

I have seen this place take so long to receive one pizza... first time, I waited 25 min...today I waited 55 min for one Pizza ... I observed as I did the first time...the staff can only do so much if no real management is availble ...no leader no guidence...it does not seem the owner to this business really cares..its actually the fault of the owner to the place... the staff is good ...

I mean it’s little Caesar’s, the food is alright the people working are pretty nice and helpful but it’s little Caesar’s and I don’t particularly like them so I usually go to a different pizza place unless I’m low on

We ordered some pizza from here and some extra sauce and when we got it, there was mold in the sauce.My thing is, how did you not see this when packing it up? We seen it as soon as we opened up the bag. All 4 of the sauce bowls had them. This one in the photo was the most visible.And y’all thought it was okay to serve it???

I had coupon cards that had no expiration date for the exact place that I went to with the address printed on the card, and they would not honor saying they don't take them. So I did not purchase anything.
Went through drive-through placed an order, the young man named Don keep asking me was I picking up, and I said no I’m ordering. Don asked me to drive to the front and they would bring the pizza out set out there for 20 minutes. Watching people go in and out, then went in to ask if my pizza was ready and to my surprise, the pizza was not even made. Demanded a refund and left will never go back.

Showed up at 8:55 pm. Took until 9:16 to have somebody come to the window. And they said hot and ready was gonna be 15 minutes. Not ready. Which is fine, but I informed them their hours posted were 10:00 pm like they didn’t know, and their open sign was off. The Mexican man claimed they were super busy and they turned the sign off to try and deter customers. Didn’t get my pizza until 9:48. They seemed understaffed for the amount of customers. Really blaming MANAGEMENT on this one. Pizza sucked. Service sucked. Bummed I just moved to Tyler and this is the first pizza experience I had. Will not be coming back even though it’s conveniently located.

Kimberly was RUDE as h-ll. She had a bunch of ? (eye rolling) going on as I ask her a couple of questions upon trying to purchase a pizza. Really? I think that's part of your job along with smiling and being friendly which didn't happen either. ?????
