Getting this place to answer a phone call is pretty much a game at this point. I don't even see why they give you the ability to call them it's it appears to be such an issue -once they answered the first time they literally hung up a minute later and then when they answered the 2nd time they tried to say they're out of crust for the night so I ordered through the drive thru and now they're making it. Definitely bad business

Ordered thin crust supreme pizza with jalapeño and when I got there they took my money and then brought out my pizza which was wrong and I told the lady and she said she could make another one but it would be 30 min because they were busy. She saw it was wrong from the sticker but said that was all she could do. I have always went to that little Caesar’s because it was good but the last couple times they have been short with me and not very nice. Will have to find another pizza place

I got the pizza puffs along with a stuffed crust pizza, and the puffs were not edible. It was incredibly bad what they did to the puffs. I have had the puffs at different locations like Three Lakes, and they were much, much better. These felt cold too, so even though the pizza was made fresh to order, it felt like the puffs were just hot and ready left overs. The pizza was good though. I have had some really sketchy pizzas here though. I think that they are just not busy enough to turn over the hot and ready stuff. The staff the past couple of times have been pretty nice, but this is unacceptable. Always, always check your order before leaving the restaurant.

We got the pizza puffs and they weren’t even edible. It looked like a toddler tried to make biscuits and gravy. The only reason I gave a two star was because the stuffed crust pretzel pizza was good.

I ordered bread sticks and a fantastic four pizza . It took over thirty minutes had to fix my order twice . Only one person was ahead of me . The girl at the front acted like she was so busy in her world she couldn't get my order right . The pizza was horrible and extra spices on it that normally aren't. We won't be back .

Ive ordered delivery a few times now and they never fail to mess up my order. They deliver fairly quick but always something wrong with it. I ordered the pretzel crust pizza tonight my kids were so stoked for and it's just regular pizza. Called.the store numerous times and there's no answer or recording or anything to even try to fix the order or get a refund

I just went through the drive thru to purchase hot n ready pizza puffs & was told they had them once I asked for 2 I was told they were sold out. It’s the 2nd time in a month that this has happened. I called & asked for the number to corporate & the girl hung up on me, tried calling back & it went to fax line.

Top 5 of Lifetime worst Hot-n-Ready experiences. I can understand different locations do things differently, but little to No Cheese might save you a bight of overhead however it will not ever bring those people back again. Funny thing, barely No Cheese, but enough Sauce on one Pizza for probably 3 of them. Ratios are wayyyyyyyy off.

So they fired me because I had to take my wife to the hospital, but they can’t fire people who are being racist to their customers and calling them bad names and everything here is a picture of an incident that went up there me personally I wouldn’t go there because They’ll call you This behind your back and I just think it’s hilarious that they can fire me for something important, but they can’t fire a person being racist to their customers and the only reason they fired me was because I’m annoying and I complained all the time apparently when I’ve covered more shifts than anybody there people are touching their phones and touching Your food they don’t wash their hands half the time so when they take out garbage, some of them will wash their hands afterwards some of them won’t they’ll go straight to the food so I would not go there if I was y’all

Pizza had almost zero sauce and wasn’t even cut! This has happened more than once. Not sure if they got new management or what but it has went down hill drastically in the last few months!
