It's a'ight. Prices have gone up since the pandemic. Service is awful.

Placed a drive through order at the window I was told to pull up and wait on cheesy puffs. 10 mins passed and nothing. So I got down to check and I was told someone was working on it. I waited 20 mins past estimated time for cold food. Customer service was pretty non-existent.

Little Caesars did something right when y’all hired Kolbe! She was wonderful! She was patient with all my questions. She took our order and processed our payment quickly and efficiently. She was a delight to speak with and made our experience very enjoyable! Thanks Kolbe!

So my food was doordashed from this location when I sit down to eat my pizza I seen something crawling in the corner of my box so I unfolded the Box completely and there was baby roaches where they fold the box together the pizza itself look good but after seeing that obviously I did not eat it and it went in the garbage and I made a report to the health department I will keep you updated on what I hear back from them

I got a pizza that wasn't what I ordered and they not only refunded me, but made me another one.

Horrible food services not listening to the customer at drive thru butcher my pizza wasn't cut right at all just bad all the way

Some of the managers there are not very friendly, they have bad spirits. They are not fair to their customers

This little Caesars disconnects their phone before 9pm. I drove there and got there at 9:10pm I told them about the phone then he goes and plugs it back in and then I asked to order a pretzel pizza and the guys response at the window replayed saying it was past the time on making them ? They disconnect there phone so they won’t get orders. Whoever’s in charge should be upset because theyre making them lose money. I came to the one on south loop and they had no problem making the pizza.

I love the food here and the prices the way it looks is cool The service can be somewhat irritating at times more times than not as for whatever reason everybody seems like they've got a chip on their shoulder
