They do not cut your pizza correctly. This my second time cutting my own pizza

HORRIBLE! ORDERED ONLINE GOT TO DRIVE THRU WINDOW. WOMAN CAME RO WINDOW CHEWING FOOD AND TALKING TO US. SPITTING FOOD WHILE TALKING AND HANDED US OUR FOOD. GOT HOME STARTED EATING DINNER AND HAIR SEVERAL PIECES OF HAIR ON THE PIZZA. CALLED THE STORE AND ADRIANA.. ASSISTANT MANAGER DIDNT SEEM TO CARE. SHE SAID OH IM SORRY LET ME REFUND YOU FOR THAT. AND THAT WAS IT. DIDNT ASK US TO BRING IT TO THE STORE AND SHOW HER OR OFFER TO REMAKE OUR ORDER. PITIFUL HOW THEY JUST HIRE ANYONE ANYMORE. LITTLE CAESARS USE TO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

The flavor is very good, but they never prepare the pizza as you ask for it. Example: you ask for a three-meat pizza and they give you two, you ask for a pizza with cheese on the edge and they don't give it to you, you ask for two pizzas with different things and they give you the same ones. I keep going to that place because, as I already said, the taste is good and because I don't lose hope that someday they will give me the pizza as I ask for since that's what I'm paying for.
Placed order got food but they gave the driver starry 2 liter which was not what was ordered and I can't drink it to much sugar no ranch dips or crazy sauce. I ordered 2 20oz diet Pepsi and 4 ranch dips that were paid for and didn't receive but the receipt shows what I was supposed to get. If they can't get the order right I wouldn't recommend even going here

Used to work here, got fired for my tight college schedule, but they did kinda lost my pizza this afternoon so I had to find it my self since no one was helping me and while finding pizza I took some orders since no one was, and people were getting irritated while waiting, turned out they forgot to scan my pizza to the portal so I had to do it, for free, can’t blame them there was a big line in the drive through, sorry Megan. Ps:I was the guy with 2 hats.

Disrespectful staff and extremely unprofessional. Won’t be using the Gentry location again. This was how they described my vehicle due to them having to bring it to me bc they were so behind. We also had to wait much longer than the time given for a pizza that should already been made. Management please do better at making sure your employees treat your customers better.

Who knows how long the 'ready to go' pizza had been sitting in the warm up box. It was edible, though. But there is no reason, none, to justify standing at the counter for no less than five minutes before acknowledgement by an employee. There were a lot of employees sweeping, washing dishes, dealing with the drive thru, running around taking care of food delivery services, etc. At least make eye contact with every customer that comes through the door to pay you hard earned cash in the first five seconds, or we will see you wither on the vine.
