Who knows how long the 'ready to go' pizza had been sitting in the warm up box. It was edible, though. But there is no reason, none, to justify standing at the counter for no less than five minutes before acknowledgement by an employee. There were a lot of employees sweeping, washing dishes, dealing with the drive thru, running around taking care of food delivery services, etc. At least make eye contact with every customer that comes through the door to pay you hard earned cash in the first five seconds, or we will see you wither on the vine.

Honestly the only Little Caesars in Tyler that I go. Friendly staff and always stocked with Hot and Readys

I pacifically asked them to make my pizza with light on the cheese in extra pizza sauce they didn’t do what I wanted them to do and they totally made it all wrong the pizza was dry I didn’t have no sauce on it at all and had more cheese and I asked for light on the cheese on the

I pulled up at 9:35pm store closes at 10pm watch this lady service none blacks PERFECTLY it was a car in front of me she talked to them about 10min they handed her money but she didn’t give nothing to them probably selling drugs through the window that’s very suspicious….then I gets to the window about 9:45 finally the cook coming turning the oven warmer off way before 10pm then finally she comes to the window at 10pm 25min later saying they was close unprofessional and racist….she had her daughter harassing me coming up to MY CAR again u professional cause why are you approaching customers do management accept this kind of behavior

I had to call eight times for someone to pick up, then they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got to the store and the lady said that they forgot to put the order in. So then they asked me to pull up and wait and said it would be another 15 minutes. It was 30 minutes later. I keep trying to give this location multiple tries every time I come here it’s something. They had kids running back-and-forth from the kitchen to the lobby while I was in the drive-through and I mentioned it to the lady at the window that that’s not very safe for the kids and she close the window on me. Absolutely never coming back here.
