Order was wrong. A side was missing completely. It was supposed to be ready for pick up at 7:05, they didn’t have it ready until 7:25. I got the Parmesan crusted chicken and they layered the chicken breasts on top of each other so only one piece had the cheese on it. Ridiculous

Longhorn SteakHouse always be our favorite place to eat Steak, first time here in Tyler Location on Broadway, We really love it, one of the best. We Had Flo's Filet and Lobster also Baby Back Ribs and Parmesan Chicken, all of them PERFECT, and also the side Sweet Potato with Butter was super good. The Service was Excellent by our server Shamie, she is nice and attentive. Really Great Experience while visit Tyler, TX.

Valentine’s Day lunch (2/14/26, around 11:15–12:20) at the Tyler, TX LongHorn (Broadway) was a letdown. Our server (Bree) was friendly, but the kitchen got my order wrong and the follow-through was very poor. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with blue cheese and extra-crispy bacon. It came out with no bacon, and the “blue cheese” was just cold crumbles on top (not melted). They remade it, but it took so long that my wife had finished her meal and I ended up eating alone as well. When it came back, the bacon was still limp/undercooked, and my mac & cheese was now cold. After the remake, there was no real effort to make things right. We’ve had good experiences at LongHorn before, but this visit was far below expectations—especially for a holiday. I’ve tried contacting them directly and haven’t heard back.

Absolutely fantastic food and service provided by Cirenio. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and our drinks never fell below half. The fried okra was by far the best I have ever eaten. We will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend!

Best steakhouse in town. Best steakhouse chain. They use tallow instead of nasty seed oils. Great service. Great relaxing atmosphere. It will be my go to for special celebrations.

Excellent service. The dinner offerings were good, and there was a QR code at the back of the menu you could scan to see which items had gluten or other allergens. We both had the rib eye. It came with a lovely salad and a side. The steak was cooked correctly to order, but was so salty it was difficult to eat. It was unfortunate as the steak was well cut and a generous size. Our dinner was so big we didn't have room for dessert which was really unfortunate, but it didn't look like there were any options for those of us who need to be very careful of gluten and the similar protein in oats, but honestly, I didn't look very closely at the dessert choices.

There was an actual earbud in our appetizer. When we found it we called for the manager. His reaction was honestly more disgusting than finding an earbud in our queso order. He offered to “pay for the appetizer and we could pick out a dessert”. We will be filing a complaint to whatever health inspection agency we can.

Server was ok, seemed happier and finally smiled after she got the bill paid than the whole time during my meal, Rebecca. Ribeye was super salty as well as the potato, only one side came with the ribeye. Texas Roadhouse is much better.

I recently dined here for a birthday party on Saturday, and we were treated most rudely by your managing staff! We booked a table with ease. We were not seated on time, that was the first problem, then to make matters worse, the initial service was nonexistent, then for the icing on the top management came to our table and stated that the entire ticket needed to be on 1 bill. When questioned why- he stated that they have people who have run out on the bill in the past. (Yes, we are black and classy!) I asked where that rule was written at and for him to show it to me, he replied he didn't know. I advised him that we would not be doing that and each guest would pay their own tab. He left and pontificated with 2 others for about 15 minutes. The manager then returned and stated we could not have more than 12 people. Again, I asked when this rule was implemented, to which he replied it is a standing rule. I advised we were not told that initially, and if we had 2 of us could have reserved an additional table to seat all of the guest, who by this time began to leave due to no/slow service and the sheer rudeness of the staff. Sadly the birthday girl is frequent here and was very disappointed to see her guest leaving. This could have easily NOT been a problem had there been better communication. The guest number could have been questioned at arrival and the party therefore advised prior to seating, not as guest were being seated and poorly served. The party was not as expected sadly, and I as well as the other guest and most importantly the birthday girl were greatly disappointed.
