Customer service was pretty good! The food here can taste good one day and then the next not! I know they don't season their food that much! This is a hit and miss sometimes

My roasted chicken was raw and smelled really bad. The sweet potatoes had some cooked well and some raw pieces. The server didn't know if the greens were turnip or collard. Sure hope I don't get sick.

Always great food and good service. Today was the first time I'd been in a while, and I noticed they'd switched from cloth to paper napkins, and regular Styrofoam to go cups with no logo, so some cost cutting is going on. Didn't mind those changes.

Luby's is always spot on. From the food. To the to go service , to the dining experience Luby's has you covered. A little pricey but they do have senior specials and such.

If you are looking for gourmet or trendy fare, this is probably not for you. However, if you're looking for great American food made from scratch using fresh ingredients, you will love Luby's. I especially appreciate the wonderful variety of vegetables and salads. A popular, pleasant atmosphere and excellent service keeps me coming back.

Luby's use to b a good place to eat but it now has an old smell which makes you want to turn away. It needs a face lift, make it more inviting, appealing and dress the inside up. We lost Wyatt's we don't want to lose Luby's.

Great location when you dine-in but good luck placing a call in order to go. I've called in orders on several occasions only to be put on hold for over five minutes and no one ever comes back to the line to take your order.
