I’ve been coming here for years and honestly it keeps getting better and better. The owner is absolutely sold out to the taste and presentation of the food. Try the tacos de barbacoa taco plate. Absolutely addicting.

We got tacos with steak it was old chewy steak. Chicken quesadilla inedible it had old rotten lettuce in it. Menudo was so so. Wont be back

- *The Food*: My girlfriend took her little brother to Mamá Olivo, but their experience was ruined when she found a screw in her meal. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the restaurant's food preparation and quality control. - *The Service*: To make matters worse, the staff's response was rude and unhelpful. Given that her little brother was with her, the situation was especially disappointing. - *Recommendation*: Unfortunately, I would not recommend Mamá Olivo to others due to the poor food quality and subpar service. Families with young children deserve better.

The cheese enchiladas were so bland I had to drench them with salsa to eat them. The chips are homemade & VERY thick, they hurt my teeth. Service was good & prices are great.

If you're looking for a fancy dining experience, this is not the place. Mama Olivo is an old-fashioned Mexican restaurant that serves up incredible dishes. If you want authentic, delicious, mouth-watering Menudo & Pozole or a host of other dishes cooked up by the Mexican staff, you'll have to drop in. You dont have to speak Spanish but this is the place to practice up if you're a little rusty. Show up hungry.
