I ordered the SoCal burrito. I love hot cheetos which is why I made this selection.
However, the burrito I got, where ARE THE HOT CHEETOS?
This is my first food from this company, what in did recieve was good l, BUT NOT WHAT I ORDERED. PS the fried cheesecake was on point!

Got a social burrito through doordash. i open the bag and it’s a hand full of fries and meat on a soaking wet, ice cold tortilla. fell apart as soon as i picked it up. i’ve ordered this same dish multiple times and have never had this happen before. tried to go through doordash about it and even submitted pictures and was told there was nothing wrong with the order.

Since you want to avoid my call, put it on the doordash driver...here you go. I ordered through you all a few weeks ago. It was great, I got something like a crunchwrap. A month later I order the same. You didn't cook this one! Wouldn't answer my call. I know I pay more for doordash..not the driver that didn't perform at your place.

The food is AMAZING. I didn't go into the establishment. I ordered it through Doordash. I made the mistake of eating the NOCAL burrito in one sitting. Bad move. It's A LOT of food. It's delicious, humongous proportions.

Order was wrong 4 times in a row from a ghost kitchen. I've ordered from this place 10+ times because I loved it so much. All I get is the norcal fries with no alterations and the last 4 times it has been missing toppings. Also, the toppings can often be very scarce. I ordered tonight and, just to be safe, I paid an additional .99 for an additional side of sour cream and an additional 1.99 for an additional side of guacamole IN ADDITION to the toppings on the fries. I did not request these toppings on the side as I paid for additional sides. They left the sour cream and guacamole off the fries and I was given a side of guacamole and a side of ranch. This is the second time I have been given a side of ranch instead of sour cream so I made sure to triple check I hit the correct button this time. With very little guacamole, no sour cream, and the melted cheese being rock hard the entire thing was completely inedible. That is $25 wasted. I will never give business to this ghost kitchen or the restaurant it operates out of again and will advise everyone against doing so.
