I ate here yesterday while I was at the mall. The place was very clean, and service was friendly and quick. My expectations were low as this is a mall buffet. Unfortunately, the flavors were just salt and sweet. Nothing like the fresh mix of flavors you get with authentic Chinese food. I'd sum this up as Chinese fast food. Not bad for a quick meal and if your expectations aren't too high (or if you like fast food). I probably wouldn't eat there again personally, but it wasn't the worst Chinese food I've had. Panda Express at DFW is amazing compared to this Pei Wei location.

Definitely a to go place. Prices excellent. Service generous and courteous. Huge portions and many choices. Yes, it is Americanized pan asian, but so tasty for that Jones. Support these local owners. I had an egg roll, Mongolian firecracker chicken, green beans, lo mein. Beans were crisp, egg roll was full, chicken super flavorful. All the food was fresh and continually being refreshed while I was there. And for all y'all haters. . . What do you expect if you go to a franchised chain? Jiaozi? Dim sum? Duck blood soup? Highly recommend for those familiar pan asian cravings at a place run by lovely people.

Don't believe any of these reviews from these country folks I'm from Houston and I lived in Chinatown for 10 years there. This is not authentic Chinese food this is sugar diabetes and sodium high blood pressure in the making!! The food was the worst chinese food I ever had in my life and I'm 50 years old and lived in 44 states traveling

I placed my order through DoorDash to pick up myself and when I came in a lady who works there let me know they didn’t have one of the items I asked for. She rushed me to pick something else which I thought was really rude but I brushed it off. I’m sitting down enjoying my lunch at a table and the same lady comes over and tells me if I’m done with my food then I need to get up and move since there were people with children coming in. I told her I would not be moving because I paid for my food and wanted to enjoy it like everyone else. Mind you I was the only she asked. The place was full. I’m also a person of color so it made me feel like it was as intentional since I was the only one asked to move. I will never be coming back here again. You don’t treat people like that, especially paying customers.

Food is not so good, flavorless and tasteless. Not like the other normal PEI WEIs where food is fresh and good..nice people though
The lady that works there is so rude, I asked her for an empty plate so I can take my food to go and she yelled at me, No! That’s for customers buying food only! I was appalled, she knows I’m a regular and I just wanted to take my food that I purchased there. I had to put my food in a plastic bag making it spill everywhere. The thing that was weird was I was a customer and I just bought food. Never again. The prices are expensive too.

My wife and I were the only ones at the counter, but the person dishing up the food was still rushing us. My honey chicken and firecracker shrimp were dry and chewy. Seriously it tasted like it had been left over from the day before and microwaved. I could only manage to eat half the meal. Very disappointing.
