The sign above the entrance is absolutely disgusting. It’s completely covered in dirt. I don’t even want to know the state of the inside of the establishment if they can’t keep the sign clean. I think Daniel should get his bald head out there and clean it.

Not sure what the marble stone was for, she put the smallest amount of ice cream in a stale waffle bowl and covered it in chocolate chips, we were totally disappointed will never go there again. The store was dirty and the service was bad the handmade poster board was a cluster mess the employees didnt understand what it even said. I included a picture of our ice cream immediately after paying for it. We didnt realize it was a stale cone till we took our first bite, but the melted ice cream was a huge disappointment

Ice cream tastes good but the staff is NEVER friendly to me and my kids and almost treat us like we are unwelcome. We average trying this about once a year in hopes the kids working there will be different each time and they never are. It is a shame. I would like to trade here more often but refuse due to the weird vibe when we go in here.

Marble slab is a fun ice cream shop. You can pick your ice cream and then pick your mix in and they mix it all together for you. Cute atmosphere. A few tables and chairs to sit at.

Delicious ice cream and toppings. Coffee with heath bar in a waffle cone is my favorite. Cost was $21 for 3 people.

Where to start.
When we first talked through the door, the first thing I noticed was the overwhelming smell of sour milk.
Followed by the hammer fisting of my face with the smell of bleach. ( presumably to hide the milk smell)
As someone who's managed restaurants for over 2 decades I found gross but not a deal breaker. Then, a person with large cheesy sunglasses walked in the front door, behind the counter and proceeded to start tasting ice creams, all without washing his hands or wearing gloves ( later small talk with the cashier revealed this was the managers son appearently) I proceeded to purchase my ice cream for myself and my guest and looked around for health inspections and food safety certificates. I could find NO recent health inspection which was a red flag for me, but even scarier than that was the expired certifications for what I can only assume are the owners as their names didn't match the name of the GM. I later watched to go orders get made and instead of bagged and put somewhere separate, ther were placed back into the cooler alongside the ice creams for public consumption, all after gives had been removed mind you. There seemed to be one competent individual there on this particular occasion named heath, or maybe hank.
I came on the recommendation of multiple guests of my establishments who had met a male manager with a ponytail who they spoke very highly of. I cannot speak for him or their experiences. Only that food safety is clearly bottom of the list here and that heath ( or hank) at least tries.

Tonight was the perfect night for coffee ice cream. A super nice guy named Junah made the absolute best coffee milkshake. I've gone in several times and he also has me hooked on coffee ice cream with oreos. He makes the best suggestions. Go in and ask for Junah, you won't be sorry.

I’ve visited twice since moving to Tyler and I must say that both crews that I encountered were the best group of kids. Manners were top tier and my ice cream is the best I’ve tasted in a long time! Thanks!
