I've never gotten sour tea here before nor have I been so dissapointed in McAlister's!!! The only reason I gave 3 stars was the yummy salad. Now I know that y'all are yet another place I have to taste the tea before leaving the drive through. This was the first time I ordered online too.

I have ordered pick up, it’s a small detail but they forgotten my pickles the last 3 times, sometimes my fruit cup. Maybe a double check on orders would be nice. Specially if I ask about my stuff and being told quickly “ Everything should be there “ . To fix this issue I’ll take 10 pickles, thank you.

Gone downhill over the years. Ordered online to go, got my drink at the counter, waited 15 minutes past time it was supposed to be ready and asked about it. They pulled it off the pickup window shelf. No apology. Food was of course cold. Spud Max was missing all meat but a fragment of turkey. Asked for a refill and got a different drink. Completely unimpressed. It was good years ago. Now I don't see why I'd come back. Sad. I liked this place.

McAlister’s is my go-to spot whenever I’m craving soup! Their broccoli and cheese soup and chicken tortilla soup are hands down the best. The flavor is rich, comforting, and consistent every time I order. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Whether it’s a chilly day or I just need something warm and satisfying, McAlister’s never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Elaine took my order & she was sweet although she gave us kids toasting instead of kids salad. 🥗 Kayleigh took care of the problem quickly. The kids meals are big enough for adults for sure. 😃
They’re sweet is amazing always!! I was given a tea pass as a reward last night and it was really nice to just go in and grab us free tea when I could.
Kaycie, the manager was very efficient as well. It was a busy lunchtime, but I was able to get a table that I wanted cleared off quickly.
