Im not trying to be a butt however i just like to get what i paid for and its not the first time this specific store has messed up an order for me... check the bags before handing them out there is no worse customer than one not getting what they ordered. Do better seriously.

My wife, son, and I got 3 5$ Mcdouble meals from here and everything was terrible. Nothing was fresh 2 out of the 3 burgers was made wrong nuggets taste old and burnt. This was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to it's that simple.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and I didn't get any cheese on it. I feel like the whole McDonald's experience kind of revolves around cheese and I've never eaten a McDonald's burger without cheese before in my life. I can honestly say it wasn't very good.

Workers don’t pay attention to mobile orders, the bright side is you don’t have to wait for your food to cool down before you eat it because it’s already room temperature by the time you remind them you had an order 👌🏻

I went into the store to place my take out order because the drive-through line was long. I stood at the front desk to place an order and made eye contact with several employees. Did anyone bother to take my order? NO! I finally asked if anyone was working the front desk? I stood there for at least 10 minutes. This young lady finally came to the front desk and acted like she was doing me a favor. The food part of the order was done in about 5 minutes. The coffee and Orange juice was another story. It took another 10 minutes to get a small coffee and orange juice .

Doesn't the management/owners of this McDonalds realize that walk-in customers need to be taken care of as well and NOT just the drive-through customers. To ask an employee to do her job is not the customer's responsibility. Yet that is what I had to do.

Hey folks, working at McDonalds is not rocket science, and employees have one responsibility in providing good customer service of providing fast food. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate customer service at this McDonalds -5.

Ok during the day but slow at night. And be careful when placing orders at a certain time they only serve door dash and Uber eats thru drive thru.

Food is a hit or miss at nights don't really ever go inside so, service is usually good unless people who clearly aren't trained for that position are forced to work there

I would give only a half a star if I could. The only people that were doing their job was drive thru. Had a curbside pickup off of mobile app. Checked into spot. Staff allowed food to sit for over 20 minutes thus it became cold. Asked to get fries that were fresh and had an issue getting that done. Seems as if they only want to stand around and chat with their buddies. Got on the road and half the order was missing....my fault I guess for wanting to think they were smart enough to get the order correct
