It wasn’t even me that went here. My husband and little one went. I’ve had bad experiences here as well, and that’s why I do not go back, but today felt others need to see why not to go. A lot of the employees need to retrained here. They do not know how to speak to customers or even care. When my husband went and ordered two meals for them the same thing. The guy asked if he wanted a hash brown too. With it being a meal it should have came with one right?! Nope. Not according to the guy there. It’s separate. So may husband pays for it anyway. Money isn’t the issue. Food finally comes out, he had ordered a sausage egg cheese McGriddle. When it comes it just the sausage McGriddle. So he takes it up there. Let’s him know that it was incorrect. Guy tells him give me back the sandwiches and you will have to pay for another one. Again my husband said ok well money isn’t a thing. But our 5 yo had already ate his. Guy tells him well too bad then. Walked off and ignored my husband. Apparently no manager on site according to him.
There’s more…. But I do want to put a positive spin on it. Maria who works there took care of the issue even though she wasn’t at fault. Very nice lady according to my husband and knows what customer service is all about.

I’m sure this will go nowhere but it agitates me when so many there have no idea how to speak respectfully.

The food is fine, but this place probably needs to be audited.

The kiosk wasn’t working, so I paid cash for my meal ($8) and gave the lady a $10. She didn’t give me my change back and said goodbye to shoo me away, and when I asked for my change she looked at me strangely.

She gave me $1 back in hand, and when I looked at my receipt, there was an unauthorized donation of $1 to Ronald McDonald House.

I’m not going to nitpick a donation, even though it’s sketchy — but I also had to struggle to get the other dollar back.

This would be an easy way to skim money from the register at the end of the day without having your register short on cash, which is a no no. It’s also an easy way to inflate your non-profit giving, because most people would walk away without the change because it happened so quickly.

Strange interaction. I’m not saying anything shady did happen, but the clear opportunity was there — and it was weird.

We all know that there are dozens of McDonald's in every city you visit. This part of Texas is no different, there are literally five McDonald's within a 5-mile radius of where I live or work. I literally go out of my way to visit this location because the staff is super amazing and always gets my orders correct.

This location is always super busy and even with them being so busy the staff still makes an effort and makes every meal correctly.

The person working the drive-thru window talked too fast and made assumptions quickly that we were through with our order while we were still trying to order. It is the standard McDonald's franchise format. Good but definitely not great. The Sausage Egg McMuffins were dry.

Very rude ! As I was pulling my card out of my wallet he slammed the window and turn around ( I’m guess bc I wasn’t quick enough pulling my card out ) and 3 minutes later he opens the window snatches the card slams the window and then hands me my card back and slams the window again

Soda machines produced over carbonated drinks, Fry's way over salted, made me cough from the salt. The Big Mac was full of lettuce, and hardly any "special sauce". I should have brought the food back, instead I found a Whataburger throughout McDonalds and purchased dinner from Whataburger instead.
As for service the staff is nice, but you hardly interact with them, as everything about ordering is done through a confusing kiosk with limited on screen instructions. McDonalds seems to think everyone knows how to use the screen, which honestly is just bad.
