Service was terrible. If you are at the front counter they pretty much ignore you for awhile. Food was not worth the wsit.

Placed an order for just 2 plain double cheeseburgers for to go, was not to go, was not plain and weren't even double cheeseburgers, your employee running the register needs to open their ears and listen to customers because I seen at least 5 other people walk up with messed up orders. Sad that this seems to be the new theme and tone with the McDonald's brand and their employees
I have been to this location 5 times now and every time they forget my sauce , make sure you check your bag

I been waiting for about 20 minutes in the drive thru and whenever I got to the speaker no one took my order and there were 5 cars behind me, the window ahead had nobody and then in the next window there were employees who saw and ignored me I’m never coming back here again
They were very rude when I told them my whole order was wrong got a whole attitude for no reason. And this is NOT the first time has happened I’m not going to be coming back! And god forbid you ask them to cook it fresh they are just going to put it in the Grease over again and you’ll be able to taste the grease and fries were cold. Drink was wrong. Just keep your money don’t come here!!!!!!!

Ordered food 20 minutes ahead of time for my lunch break for the drive-through I get there and I stand in line for 20 minutes because they say they don’t start the food till you show up. What is the point in the mobile app if you have to wait 20 minutes at the store for your food and ruin your whole lunch break.

Ordered online on multiple occasions. They almost always never put straws in the bag, they only fill the fries half way, and they gave us 3 packs of honey instead of the sauces we asked for
