Went through drive through, kid rushed the order and didn't get everything I was saying. Tried to add the item to my order and even had my card ready to pay the additional charge, this confused the entire high school age employment staff and they still messed up the order. Tried to bring the horseplay going on during all of this to the attention of Maria, the "Supervisor", she brushed it off with the excuse she couldn't get on to them because she would get in trouble. Since this is what McDonald's new level of standards is, I would say it's not worth the headache to do business with this place.

Well I asked for an iced coffee and they gave me a iced caramel frappe because it was done on the mobile app code that's tied in with my credit card as I placed my order at the drive-thru the guy typed it in wrong and then they charged my card. I got to the window and tried to explain that's not what I ordered and then the manager and another lady got involved in arguing at the drive thru window. they said they don't understand how my card would have been charged even though my card was linked to the order and nobody could produce a receipt of any kind however the charges on my card.. food was not fresh or hot, cold hamburger and cold chicken sandwich... And the drive thru was so crowded and slow moving. Lobby was closed..

Horrible service when you are always asked to pull forward with no one behind you. I know you are trying to look horrible on your service times and not get in trouble but always having to do this is annoying. Drive thru is for pulling through and out not pull through and park somewhere and then we might remember you over there and get you the right food.

Went through the drive through around noon and ordered 2 double cheese burgers with NO pickle. It took me telling the gentleman at the drive through 4 times to get my order right, then I get my food and the double cheese burgers have the grill slip that says no pickle, but 1 has pickle and the other one you can clearly see they picked the pickles off the sandwhich. You can’t do that and I will be notifying the health department. Will never go to this location again

Sausage Mcmuffins are great, the only drawback is if the edges are burned black, or if one side (bun) is hard. When it's ALL good though, it's GOOD!

This place is way too slow for McDonald service!!!! I sat in the drive thru so long that I decided to back out and go in - only to wait 15 more minutes in an empty lobby - just for a cheeseburger and fries. Ridiculous!!! And then the fries were cold. My wife missed the lunch I was getting her because she had to go back to work!! The workers act as if they don’t care about customer satisfaction, and for this reason I won’t be coming back and I’ll tell all that I know about my experience. And I only live 5 minutes from the location

Every single time I visit this location there's a problem. Mainly not honoring my mobile orders that I place on lunch overnight. Either they are understaffed, the food is old, or they simply don't bother answering the speaker or coming to the window. I can literally see them walking around in there and they STILL won't service you...Please update your hours of operation online and shut down mobile ordering if you're not open certain hours instead of claiming to be open 24 hours. Instead of having customers waste their gas AND time to come to one of the worst McDonald's I've ever visited!

I arrived at 11:00PM, waited in line until about 11:30PM to get to the speaker and then till 11:45PM to get to the window. Had to repeat order multiple times. NOT FRESH AT ALL! The longest mcdonald’s trip in my life. Will NOT be coming back here unless NEW management occurs. Employees don’t care, and management SUCKS. I am a manager myself for a local DQ, so I understand how difficult it is, however there are no excuses here.. ??

Me and my wife arrived at 5:55 am and were the first in line. We were told to hold on for a minute and didn't order until 6:02 am. We drove off without our food at 6:10. Do not go here in the morning if you are in a rush.
