Didn't even get my food I literally went to the machine and order a $5 dollar happy meal and when I put my card through the machine said processing and then it said transaction complete but the lady said only $1.70 went through and I was confused so I said ok I'll be right back and she said ok so I checked my bank account and I had $12 dollars to my name after I ordered and went away all my money was gone and it was only $5 bucks horrible never go here

I just went to this McDonald’s and ordered 2 English McMuffins, a bacon egg & cheese biscuit, a chicken McGriddle & 5 hash browns. I drove 25 minutes to get home and when I opened my order I got 2 English muffins wrapped up with nothing else on it!!! So furious so I called and spoke to the Manager, JULIE who was first off very rude. Then she had the nerve to tell me that if I didn’t have the receipt there was nothing she could do. Seriously Julie?! As a Manager myself, that’s the worst customer service you could ever provide to a paying customer. It’s YOUR job to make sure that your employees are trained properly. You need to be retrained too in my opinion.
AWFUL experience at this location on highway 64 & loop 323.

Between having to wait for them to prepare every order One at a time before taking another order, when we finally got to the front of the line The manager walks to the back and refuses to come up front while the lady standing at the register just looks at us like she doesn't know how to take an order it's absolutely crazy how downhill McDonald's has gone they have no forms of customer service and half the time the food is wrong. I never eat here or at any McDonald's and now I remember why

I placed an order over the app. On my order, I had two mcdoubles with no pickle. What was on it? Pickle. Not only that, I stood at the counter as one of the managers looked at me and walked away. No greeting, no greeting, no "I'll be with you in a second." Just turns away. Also, my order had not been placed, but 15 min prior, and as soon as I got to the counter, I watched them move it from there to the back.

I went to this McDonald's last night and there were no cars at the windows, but yet cars in the speakers waiting to order. I was like what the freak is going on. Finally, I get to place my order, only one car in front of me, and it took atleast 10 mins before it left. So I'm next in line, my drink was a dr pepper, that was actually put of the syrup and when I gave it back to the worker, she states "oh it's out" we only have xyz......I don't eat McDonald's much, but when I do, there's always an issue. Please do better. I still love the fries though, when fresh

Used mobile app for ordering and paid using the mobile app with my ATM account. When I arrived they wanted me to pay for my order again. The mobile app stated paid. Manager claimed that the payment was due even though the app showed paid. He refused to fill my order. Bottom line this is the second time I have to deal with this and I guarantee there won't be a third.

Why are we waiting for sweet tea or even fries during peak hours???? It’s lunch time ….then the front counter girl on her phone, drinking a drink….I’m confused if we’re on break or what…eating texting on Fb EVERYTHING should be ready for lunch while it’s busy….it’s ridiculous if I was a secret shopper I’d definitely fail this McDonald’s!!!
