Placed a mobile order at 5am 12/4 and when I got there no one would answer the drive thru. I pulled up and the woman in the window just looked at me and didn’t open window or acknowledge me. After waiting and going back through the drive thru for the third time and no response, I went inside. The same woman that was at the window, looked at me and again didn’t acknowledge me. Finally she came over and just stood behind the counter without greeting me. I said I was at the drive thru, I have an order. Once again she just looks at me blank faced then says yeah I’m busy. Lol She then just walked away. Eventually, she brought my order and of course no thank you, or bye, or even an acknowledgement I existed, even after I said thank you bye. She just walked away.

I get it. You’re busy. I was more than patient and polite and didn’t mind waiting or even that bothered about having to come in. But her cold, unfriendly, attitude made me write this. The bare minimum of saying Hi isn’t tough.

Someone else was in there and she treated them the same. She really shouldn’t be in a public facing position. Sorry you open at 5am. Not my fault.

Just went to this McDonald’s, ordered via app for curbside, arrived and app would not allow me to check in a spot. Pulled around to drive thru & they tell me it’s for inside pickup which I didn’t request. They handed me my food and when I got home food was cold and I was missing items from my order. This store is a joke!

Employees are rude and haven't the first idea what earning a paycheck looks like. Food wrong, crappy service, waited forever for the kid to come back to the window to correct the order since he just walked off to chit chat in the back. Always regret coming here.

Great service and So Clean. Super morning employees that seemed to really like their jobs. And they all new the importance of 'Clean'. The cashier was awesome and patient. They have a great manager! Would definitely recommend this place!!

Passed by tonight to get something to eat. I ordered a Daily Double meal deal with no onions guess they thought it would be funny to put NOTHING BUT ONIONS on the burger no mayo, no tomatoes, no lettuce nothing but the cheese meat buns and ONIONS. Definitely wont be coming back after this.

When I entered the establishment to place an order, I was taken aback by the evident lack of professionalism exhibited by the staff members. The fountain drink area was in a state of disarray, with water accumulation posing a significant risk of slips and falls. I chose to utilize the mobile app for ordering and proceeded to the drive-through. Unfortunately, the wait time was at least 20 minutes for a relatively small order of nuggets and fries. Moreover, upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that the fries were cold. The overall experience was marked by a lack of organization and employees who don’t care. I will definitely not be returning to this location. It is disheartening to spend one's hard-earned money and receive substandard service and cold food. The owner and management need to address these issues.

We ordered to go. They left out the fries, left out the lettuce tomatoes snd sauce on my chicken sandwich. The chocolate milkshake had almost no chocolate in the chocolate milkshake even though we showed it to the cashier who took it back to the kitchen but did nothing about it. When we got back to our hotel we discovered the lack of fries, lettuce& tomatoes and sauce. Pathetic service. Will never go back.

This store needs help , waited in line for my food and got the wrong drink. I’m diabetic and I ordered unsweetened tea and got sweetened tea. No big deal , I went back to get the correct drink and the lady on the drive through didn’t apologize. All she said was “ second window” so I pull around to a line of cars . Every time I come here people ask me to pull up so they can attend to the next customer if it’s gonna take a while. Did they do it when all I needed was a drink .. of course not. After waiting behind a line of cars for over 10 min I pull up and the guy finally apologized but then tells me they do not even have any unsweet tea . So now my food is cold , no drink at all and I’m pissed . This is ridiculous.

Asked for a water cup after receiving my $20 order and was given a dirty look and told to go wait in the parking lot? Waited 10 minutes and nobody brought us water. No napkins or ketchup either. Very rude cashier lady.
