The managers don’t speak enough English to communicate with customers.
My husband repeatedly told the manager he accidentally placed his order at another location bc normally the app changes it to the closest location. Her only response was “That’s another location” x3! I’ve been a fast food manager for 5+yrs and working with McDonalds I’ve always been taught let the other location know there’s been a mix up and ring up the food so the kitchen knows to make it....read full review

Why did McDonald's stop putting Cheese on certain Breakfast Sandwiches and change the size of the drinks without alerting the public.
I guess it wouldn't matter they can't seam to get the orders correct anyway. This morning I ordered a number 3 with a round egg and cheese, got home and no dang cheese. this is the 5th time in a month that this had happened The owner says he is going to retrain his employees but their still making lots of mistakes.
