I absolutely love visiting the McDonald's (#37426) on Old Jacksonville Hwy in Tyler! From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted with a warm smile, and it honestly makes my day every time. A special shout out to Brwin, who always remembers my name and goes above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. She is such a sweet person and is always working hard to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Not only is the customer service top-notch, but the food is consistently made right and comes out hot. Whether I'm in the mood for a quick meal or just need a pick me up, this location never disappoints. If you're in the area, definitely swing by - you'll get great food and even better service!

Just left from here. I thought I would stop by to grab a quick bite to eat before work but unfortunately everything ended up in the trash. Fries were hard and cold and the sandwich was very obviously not fresh either. Not sure why I even bothered to come here, waste of money.

After I finalized my order, I went back to The front to give verbal special instructions that I had forgotten to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the changes were made, my family was able to enjoy our meal. Every time I’ve gone here during lunch, I have had great experiences.

Kiosk gave no receipt or number. Soda machine was awful and had a really bad syrup mix. Had to say NO to 3 different upsells. First and last time here. 40 years ago, McDonalds was a great place to eat. It has really deteriorated and this place exemplifies their decline.

I dont expect much when it comes to customer service from McDonald’s, but that being said I did not expect to have the little girl checking me out for my order to be giving me a death glare the entire time I’m trying to pay. I can understand if you hate your job but rolling your eyes at customers multiple times, talking to me as if I am stupid, and glaring at the people in your drive thru line is literally insane. I’m not someone who leaves bad reviews ever but that child needs an attitude adjustment or maybe she’s not old enough to understand how you’re supposed to act at a job. I hope y’all’s manager actually reads these reviews and does something about the terrible service this staff is giving at this location.
