Ordered three hotcakes. Got two orders and whatever this is. I guess I'll eat it. Except...the plate has egg and grease covering the bottom. I thought it was disassembled to prevent a soggy biscuit. Bottom of biscuit is wet with egg. And biscuit is somehow undercooked? There's too many questions. On top of that the whole order took 20+ minutes. Not a great way to start the day...

This location is the best McDonald's I've ever been to... Every morning I am greeted with a friendly smile and great service... I get the big breakfast with pancakes manager Berwin (not sure how to spell her name) is the best manager I've ever seen at any location, she is so friendly to all of her customers and makes you feel welcome and want to return... We need more people like her everywhere. 🙂

Horrible coke machines. Find a location with the older style, these new ones have no quality control and spew other syrups in the drink. Not good drinks at this location. Food is okay.

I ordered a quarter pounder, no pickles, extra onions and an unsweet tea through the app. I received a quarter pounder with no onion, extra pickle and a sweet tea. If I don’t live so far away, I will go back.

I absolutely love visiting the McDonald's (#37426) on Old Jacksonville Hwy in Tyler! From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted with a warm smile, and it honestly makes my day every time. A special shout out to Brwin, who always remembers my name and goes above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. She is such a sweet person and is always working hard to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Not only is the customer service top-notch, but the food is consistently made right and comes out hot. Whether I'm in the mood for a quick meal or just need a pick me up, this location never disappoints. If you're in the area, definitely swing by - you'll get great food and even better service!

Just left from here. I thought I would stop by to grab a quick bite to eat before work but unfortunately everything ended up in the trash. Fries were hard and cold and the sandwich was very obviously not fresh either. Not sure why I even bothered to come here, waste of money.

After I finalized my order, I went back to The front to give verbal special instructions that I had forgotten to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the changes were made, my family was able to enjoy our meal. Every time I’ve gone here during lunch, I have had great experiences.
