Went here to grab a quick bite last night and handed the cashier a 20 & a 5$ bill to make sure it covered however much the bill was. The bill came out to $17 and she only gave me back 2.64. When i got to the next widow the cashier came around the front and told the lady i was talking to that she did give me the money back and it probably fell or blew away in the wind. Moral of the story is, if you go here… be careful to pay attention to them as they money handle. I watched the cashier struggling to figure out how much cash to give me. While i am not the type to leave bad reviews, the fact i have to argue over $5 makes me never want to eat there again. The lady i just talked to on the phone just tried to argue with me saying my story made no sense. Is that hard to believe that your cashier didn’t understand basic math? I’m missing $5 cash because Yall refuse to realize what happened. Also the women who wrote my name down on a card did not give it to the morning shift. The point is, the fact it was only $5 and yall refuse to acknowledge your part in losing my money… Shows me that you would do this with somebody who spent way more. Glad that i didn’t hand you 100$

My wife asked why I ate my breakfast so fast. I explained I eat faster when I don’t get sausage with my pancakes that I paid for. This has happened on more than one occasion. Check your order before leaving the window!!

These guys get slammed with business and keep the flow of customers moving steady better than any other McDonald's I've ever been to before. Also, most importantly above speed of service is accuracy-and my orders on almost a daily basis sometimes twice a day have always been exactly what I ordered. Thank you Jacksonville McDonald's for your perfection, everyone there deserves a raise.

Do not play monopoly at this location! They will cheat you out of your monopoly pieces and say that it doesn’t work with certain items when the app clearly says it does!

There hasn't been a single mcdonalds that has given me my sauce with a mobile order without me saying anything! I thought this was mcdonalds not taco bell!!!
My and my boyfriend rarely get to go out for a few drinks after work and of course we wanted McDonald’s after , and Ayleen was the most pleasant taking our order. Thank you!

Ordered three hotcakes. Got two orders and whatever this is. I guess I'll eat it. Except...the plate has egg and grease covering the bottom. I thought it was disassembled to prevent a soggy biscuit. Bottom of biscuit is wet with egg. And biscuit is somehow undercooked? There's too many questions. On top of that the whole order took 20+ minutes. Not a great way to start the day...

This location is the best McDonald's I've ever been to... Every morning I am greeted with a friendly smile and great service... I get the big breakfast with pancakes manager Berwin (not sure how to spell her name) is the best manager I've ever seen at any location, she is so friendly to all of her customers and makes you feel welcome and want to return... We need more people like her everywhere. 🙂
