Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

This place is the best, me and my gf always go here and we have the best time. We take our kids and they love playing with the connect 4 Menchies has. This place has a great ambiance for kids. Their flavors are spectacular! Their workers are very kind and respectful.

Usually 20-30% machines down or empty. Needs to be cleaned more often. Employees usually sitting in back on their phones. If someone opened a decent competition this place would close in a few months.

I’m not sure what’s going on here but this place was nasty today. Half the yogurt stations weren’t working, they were out of most all toppings and the store was absolutely filthy. Felt dirty just being in there. Really disappointing :( we usually love menchie’s but I can’t go back anytime soon.

We took our niece here for a treat, but the experience was a letdown. The entire place felt dirty—sticky floors, trash on the ground, and tables that clearly hadn’t been wiped down. The bathroom wasn’t any better.

Only one worker was running the whole store on a busy Saturday, so everything felt disorganized. They advertised dairy-free options, but the only one available was fruit-based, which didn’t work for me.

This place seriously needs a deep clean and better staffing before we’ll be back.

Went into the munchies frozen yogurt last night around 9 pm and the place was disaster! Out of more than 4 flavors and empty toppings. The girl behind the counter was more interested in talking to her friend than customers. When my granddaughter and I checked out, I told the girl behind the counter I was very disappointed. Her VERY hateful response was “well we are fixing to close” ( mind you they close ant 10) and “ you could have gone somewhere else.” This clerk was completely ignoring customers asking if she had any for dairy free, sugar free etc items. As a GM of a very busy coffee bar, I COMPLETELY understand if someone didn’t show up for work, or you didn’t get a delivery of product, completely out of your control. This young lady IMMEDIATELY became hateful and obnoxious. Responding “I don’t like how you are talking to me. Mind you, my tone never changed. Nor were my words hateful. This clerk’s hateful response prompted another customer to step in. Im sure the owner or corporate would have been very disappointed in this young lady’s total disregard and disrespect being displayed in this store. I highly recommend this lady be retrained in customer service. And management review to cameras. This could very well be an excellent training opportunity.

Went with my fiancé tonight, everything was great with his but I got the hazelnut and it was absolutely bad. It tasted almost like alcohol and now I’m worried about food poisoning! Really disappointing because either the flavor is terrible or it was spoiled but I’m 95% sure it’s gone bad.

so so so expensive for mediocre. also it seemed like only ONE employee was working. they went downhill

service not so great , employees hiding in the back and the stores online orders were paused and the atmosphere of the store showed to what appeared to be closed . waited around patiently incase someone could’ve been on their lunch , with other people in the store to see if they were open and one girl came out saying “ yall have people “ to the girls in the back but it wasnt just one employee that came it was 2-3 . Felt like the service could’ve been better or they could’ve communicated that the store was closed or anything like that . Not friendly or even apologized for the wait just walked up to the register and talked in a circle.

Disappointed that I went and it was closed earlier than the posted time they are supposed to close.

I got off at 8pm and was craving some frozen yogurt, got to menchies at 8:20 and they were closing. 2 girls walked out and locked the front door. But it’s posted everywhere that they close at 10, it’s not the end of the world but very disappointing.

Delicious variety of flavors! Proce is based on weight! Cake batter ans cold brew coffee fro- yo with, brownie bites, mochi, cheesecake bites, and cookie dough, topped with whipped cream, caramel, ns a cherry
