The way they serve the fries in a closed box is ridiculous. By the time you get them they are basically steamed inside the box and come out soggy and wet. Absolutely disgusting and I am unsubscribing from Mr. Beasts channel as a result of this crap.

Good was cold when we got it and the patty melt barely had any meat on it. It was basically a grilled cheese with a few bites of meat. I expected more for the price!

Horrible food. Ordered the Chandler described as smashed, crispy patties. These were obvious frozen patties warmed up on a cold bun. The crinkle fries were cold and soggy.

Dry, plain burgers with cold soggy fries. Also, if your order is wrong don’t even bother trying to get it replaced or a refund it’s just not going to happen.
