Went for my free veteran’s day smoothie as advertised and nobody could even be bothered to show up to work. Doors are locked and it’s an hour past opening time. Happy Veterans day to someone besides me.

Fruit was not ripe in the acai bowl. Not only that, left a nasty sour bitter after taste after each bite. Go somewhere else for any form of acai!

I was here and I ordered four items, three of them came out wrong and tasted very bad. One of the drinks was different from the poster and they told me it was the same thing. The drink tasted like pure lemon juice, it was super sour.

Really like this place but their bathroom is always unclean and the soap dispenser is always broken as soap not available at all when I go in which is unacceptable. Especially when dealing with food.

I ordered a smoothie through the App. My drink was waiting for me when I arrived. The server was extremely friendly and told me to have an Awesome Day!

My order was made incorrectly twice. Taste was not nearly as good as other Nekters. Not sure what was done differently at this one.

Takes a little long but totally worth it 👌 high amounts of protien and goodness. service tho from one to 10 is 7 in a half 👌 but overall its worth it. i like the slender greens one. Also the prices are fair. Highly recommend

Staff is friendly and ready to help. Clean and inviting.

Had a conversation with the owner/ mamager of location today. Very shocked to say the least with her lack of caring if I came back or not by her words and attitude. It's a shame. truly a shame the lack of customer service and basic humanity when speaking to a customer who spends weekly 100-120$

Showed up at 7:30 AM, and they were still closed with the door locked. The sign on the door says 7, but no one showed up til after 8.We had a question about the refer a friend free bowl, and when we asked the staff they said “I don’t know anything about the app, the managers don’t tell us anything about the app”.They didn’t even attempt to help us, it’s super frustrating. I know the staff is young, but they should still be somewhat trained on how to use the app, instead of just saying they’re not trained. I would lose my job if I said that to a customer .I’m giving 3 stars solely because the bowl was good, but I’m frustrated with the store opening late, and the staff being unknowledgeable.Also, no one bothered to answer the phone even after they opened
